My friend sold his car to someone.
The person had not completed the change of ownership before he was intercepted by the police. The claimed it was a stolen vehicle.

Told him to bring the owner. The guy called my friend and he went to the station as it was his name still on the papers to clear it up with then that he sold the vehicle and they should release the car to the guy. Na so the CID fools turn say that the vehicle was reported stolen and that the would detain my friend unless he bail himself with 30k. We all thought they were joking till dey ducked my guy behind counter.

Luckily I had 5k and we ran around for anoda 5k to bail the guy for just coming to sort out a misunderstanding with the police.
