You job is to look for platforms where your potential customers are gathered.

Facebook.. Twitter... LinkedIn... Instagram... Tiktok.. etc.

2. Attract them to you with your powerful message.

I was on one of those buses last Saturday and this woman started out her selling by singing �.

You know the shocking part..

She chose a song people know very well and the audience actually joined her�.

It was like they were enchanted �.

They had no idea they were being sold but focused on the feeling they get upon hearing the song.

Your message shouldn't be 'come and buy' all the time.

Tweak it.

People are attracted to something of value or they percieve as value.

3. Ask questions.

As a Salesman...you should ask your prospects or potential customers questions as to why they come to you.

This is to figure out how to tune your message of your offer and to know if it would actually be of benefit to them.

4. Present your offer.

After asking questions about their problems and pain points...

Present your offer in a way that it will be a SOLUTION to them and not just another product.

That is why asking questions is very important.

5. Handle Objections.

Now this is a tricky part because you can lose a lot of sales if you don't know how to do this.

As for those sellers I was talking about..

What they do is gather questions that their potential customers may have...asked the questions and provide a CLEAR answer to it themselves.

They deserve a standing ovation... seriously �

6. Close the sale.

This is when you ask for the order.

Now there are different ways to do this.

It depends on the structure of the conversation you've had since the beginning with your prospects.

Too many kids here thinking this abroad is some kind of heaven, I don't know where this misinformation came from. Someone saying they will leave a 10 million Naira a month job to go live in some oyinbo country, I hope that person is joking

Unless that person can secure a job that can pay him equivalent of that in a month...

He should focus on moving to a better and more safer side of Nigeria abeg.

'Ask experts in the field'

I don't know why people feel to big or maybe it's pride to ask questions or for help from top people in their niche but it's one of the best advice ever to beginners

When you're not clear about a particular thing, ask top people you see for help.

The Nigerian Police Force has arrested a close friend to the major suspect In connection to the gruesome murder of Jennifer Anthony, a 300-level student of the University of Jos, Plateau State, Siggy reports.

Jennifer, a native of Akwanga Local Government in Nasarawa State who had gone missing on the eve of the New Year was found dead in Jos.

She was last seen with her boyfriend, a suspected ‘Yahoo Boy’ now at large where they reportedly lodged at a Hotel along Zaria Road Jos.

Jennifer’s eyes were plugged off and other parts of her body mutilated, indicating she might have been murdered for ritual purposes.

The deceased was a student of Special Education and Rehabilitation Science.

News had filtered in on Friday that the prime suspect has been traced to Bida Bidi, Jos North where the mum owns a private school.

The said also said that the father of the suspect is a lecturer in the same institution where the deceased was schooling.

But, Siggy on Saturday said the prime suspect was not arrested, but his best friend.

According to Siggy, the suspect’s best friend who is now in police custody had sneaked to the suspect’s house to pick his ATM Cards and other valuables when he was arrested by the police who had laid ambush.
