Beating your girlfriend or wife shouldn't be condoned by any lady that has self respect and should never be done by a man that is responsible. There is absolutely no excuse for it whatsoever. Whether you are drunk or sober you should never lay your hand on a woman. Worse case if the atmosphere is tensed walk away and sort it out later. Yes you guys can have heated arguments but a real man must never beat up a woman. That's just wrong. And any woman who would forgive such behaviour doesn't know what she is getting into. So my advice to any lady that is in a physically abusive relationship is: if you still have any self dignity, RUN!!!!!!!!

Not condoning violence o!....but my brother u write up is textbook write up!....ur advise is too perfect!.....I know of a couple who the husband has hit the woman years ago...like 15 to 20 years....but since then the man hasn't.. Not that the woman change o...in fact if the woman start with that her tongue..I don't think u will ever stand it...but one thing changed...the man grew up!...never hot the wife..he just walks away!.......the children from the marriage are graduates, doing fine....marriage still very much exist....but tell me...if the woman son pack go 20 yes ago....wat do u think will happen to the 3 kids she already had?......

Bad advice because it is liable to mislead. Anyone can lose it, even God (as recorded in the Bible). Yes, it can become a habit but only for those who are predisposed to violence.

There are various forms of spousal abuse and many of us are guilty of it even without knowing. An example of spousal abuse is leaving home because your wife annoyed you and putting her in emotional distress. If everyone acknowledges these examples of spousal abuse, then no one would be qualified to marry.
