The TV license Tax is a dumb Tax. Even if it was $3 a year, i would recommend that you boycott it. Nothing to do with Income, it is plain dumb and should be avoided at all cost. I would die without my cellphone. I use an average of 7000 Minutes a month. I have gone as high as 12,000 in one month before. I do not have a home phone.
