I have people defending a Communist Leader of a country as a "Legend". Wonders shall always be in existence. If Cuba's Education system and Health care is so good, why is it's populous running away like flies? I do not need CNN or Bill Orielly to tell me that Communism is a failed system of Government. I am done talking all that $hit about you. I am a going to also say sorry, i just wanted to make a point that we all have ignorance in all of us. I think civility is a better way to dialog. I said stuff in the thread, and you came at me wrong, and i retaliated with ignorance and anger. But i am done with my unruly behavior and will move to better things.

About Salvage cars, i really think it is a bad idea. Reason being that when you go to a salvage/Insurance Auction, you are really guessing what the extent of the damage to the car is. You cannot verify a lot of things. I for one will stay away from cars that have had damage to the chassis, even if it was fixed by the best mechanics. Also if the Airbag has popped, it is called a "Lemon" in our industry. When you buy a car salvage for shipping, you commit yourself to repairs that can take you places you did not expect. Cost and time may not be worth your trouble at the end of the day. There are better options out there, i do not think the salvage route is cost effective in the long run. Some people swear by it, but i am one that would not touch a salvage car with a 10FT Pole. The people that make money on salvage vehicles are the mechanics that have to repair them.

I have driven in Lagos,PH, Abj and i do not think that the 504 holds it's own. Yes Chocolate city is a real place, i live here. It is just like calling PH the Garden City or Calabar=Canaan City ETC. It is also obvious you have never driven an SUV before. You own a 504 that does it all for you right? You might need to upgrade my friend.

There are still Jobs for Illegals in many sectors in this vibrant economy. Retail,Service,Hospitality,Construction Sectors are always hiring. But please be warned, these are back breaking jobs and you will probably be getting only $7-$8 per Hour. But yeah it has gotten harder to get a job without papers. Back in the days you just needed your SSN number and any picture ID. Now you have to bring a lot more documents even for a retail job.

I think if you have papers to work, life is pretty much what you make it. Menial Jobs will just pay the bills, but i think many people here are illegal and therefore have to struggle. The system limits you from progressing without the right documentation. I have a friend who just got a job paying him $65k a year an IT Engineer with a recording label, the job required him to be on set and do a lot of travel, he was using someone's papers to work. There was work in Jamaica and he had to quit, because he could not travel. He is back now working at Pepsi for $12.50 per Hour. Still with his friend's papers. He has all the talent, but is limited because of work permit/Green Card.
