Every sovereign country has the right to decide who can legally live within its borders. If the courts ultimately rule that she has no legal right to stay, then complying with that decision isn't "self-deportation"—it's respecting the law.

Story no clear. Let’s assume while they had kids there was no infection because if there was,it would have been made known to the couples. Then let’s say after the kids and then the infection,your wife falls sick and in all hospital consultations,you didn’t know the outcome of the tests and what the wife was treating? Mind you in a standard hospital these days,retroviral screening is most times included in any tests being investigated. And again saying the wife only told him when she was about to die only indicates that she didn’t die as a result of the infection and if that was the case,considering the length of marriage and how long the infection lasts before it kills without proper treatment/management,it would have affected the kids aswell and the man would have fallen Ill too.The story to me no add up.
