Debroslink: Leave Alonso alone before some people will call for your head. Some said he was the best player in our last league match despite causing the penalty that led to Espanyol's equaliser.
Xavi is not an elite coach. Know this and rest. . This may sound like revisionsm but Xavi is making me think about what Koeman would've done with the transfers given to Xavi. Xavi is so mediocre....tueh |

FelaSkye: You’re right, I’m only 22 I started working online( freelance writing for real estate companies) since I was 18 and I was earning 400k to 700k per month for a long while and while I don’t have the exact 10 million now, I have millions and I’m in my final year. If I continue on the path, I should be hitting 10 million by mid 2024.
I’m trying to understand what to do because the money is confusing me. My parents don’t know and I’m thinking whether it would be best to leave the country when I hit that amount. I didn’t make this post for attention Na rich people full this Nairaland. What is your gig on freelance, can you share me a link to one of your written projects? Meanwhile, since your money is not up to 10m, keep saving. In future, you'll know exactly what to do. Shey you say you still be 22 nah ..... Worry not, when you finally have the 10m, use a fraction of it, buy car, start Uber, do some other biz, have enough then travel. 10m should be enough |

tensazangetsu20: Go and start coconut farming. You will make 1 billion in 10 years time. It's always easy to write things like these but I tell you, there's no empirical evidence which suggest that "If you invest 10M on agro (Coconut) that you'll make 1B in 10 years". The way people are saying "Haaland go reach everybody" Well, I won't be surprise to see comments like; "At least we stopped Haaland from scoring" when another top 5 club get thrashed by city say 4:1 or 5:1 with Haaland failing to score. I think Haaland is still adapting to the tough EPL but we want him to continue farming, by May, we'll have something to harvest. |

Debroslink: Someone that can't even handle his natural LB shouldn't be playing CB.
If you are good in your natural position, then you can handle anywhere close to it.
Didn't Luke Shaw play CB in his last 2 matches for Man utd? Abi Shaw didn't play WC too?
Kounde at CB wouldn't cause that school boy foul in the box. Alonso is never a CB, as a LB he's called Alonslow. But Xavi wants him as CB I don't like questioning coaches but Xavi is putting square pegs in round holds. Win spoon fess before you start to overthink. Easy points dropped because of school/Sunday league defending |

IndaboskiLion: Brother.. Kessie is worse. He's been bang average since he came and has not had one decent match except for the first champions league game against Plzen.
Busi ahead of him, anyday Kessie is off but he's more intense. Did you notice how our intensity droped immediately Busi was introduced? Xavi knew his time was off, left, same with Puyol and Iniesta. Busi should leave pls. Too slow for the modern game. Like I said, I'm pissed! |

You can equally call him an amateur Enrique is a treble winner, he can do whatever he wants. Xavi on on the otherhand is yet to win Sunday league cup. I'm just pissed off man, wtf is Busi still doing at Barca then there's Alonso playing CB for Barca...just look at the needles PK given away. To each, their own sha.... |

FirstbornWds: You guys can complain fire...
You obviously saw that Gavi was in pains before he was substituted.
Who should he have brought in? Kessie or who?
Blame Alonso all you want for the penalty but he was easily our best player before that.
Now, Lahoz has show on us his true colors Not about complain bros, it's not just about this game. We're in the Europa partly because of Busquet. He gave the ball twice in 3 mins which lead to the equaliser. In this game, he has been too passive. Our intensity droped immediately he entered. Hope you're watching the game. Also, Alonso is never a CB, we'll continue to play like shit till we're sorted which starts with Busi out then Xavi... Amateur stuff smfh! |

Debroslink: And he caused the penalty, now they've equalised. We were always going go concede. No surprises there. Xavi showing exactly why he must leave if he fails to win Laliga. Introducing Busquet changed the game, he's as useless as a training cone, it's appalling. Can't believe Xavi could be this shit, God forbid! |

swiz123: Are you trying to say that before Pele, players didn't dribble each other? Cos those things you called tricks are just simple footballing instincts. Are you trying to say Pele invented nutmeg?
I have studied his skills and they weren't more than what I did as a boy even without watching any match on Television or learning anywhere. I am talking shot feint, sharp change of direction, accelerating past oppositions.
For comparison, Maradona's Messi-like dribbling was way more effective than Pele's. The latter more often than not bagged into players after doing his poorly performed skill.
Football is more technical and tactical now. Teams study their opposition too well and learn about their strengths due to visual aids which allows for repeated exposure. But then, the exceptional players still manage to make them look silly.
Pele was great among his peers because he was a talented dude amongst 80% amateurs. Surely, such fluke career can't be compared to Lionel Messi whose dominance shown while playing against very rich clubs who parade very talented players with excellent footballing culture. Big man you've made valid points but I think it's high time we moved on. After moving on, I'm currently at genuine peace knowing fully well that Messi is a world champion. To be honest, I thought it was IMPOSSIBLE until Montiel scored. Like you rightly pointed out, body feint, change of direction, nutmeg, getting pass your opponent at pace is something you do by instinct which also depend on your natural skill level. You don't need any video to learn these basics. As kids we did these things by instinct alone. No level of valid arguments will end the debate. But the good news is, Messi is now compared with Pele and not Ronaldo who's also great but not at Messi's level. In the last 22 days or thereabout, people have moved from Ronaldo, Maradona, Mbape and now Pele. The idea is to do everything possible in order to COPE......a.k.a Copium! Pele is GOATED no doubt but our Messi is equally GOATED. So happy for him man. Happy new year in advance... We Meeuve! |
