Please Gurus in the house can you advice, a skilled worker visa (care) that was submitted in the first week of September and till now I haven’t gotten any response from UKVI, please what can I do to get an update? Thank you

Check your right to work using your brp details and see if the visa has been updated. Then you will know if it has been approved or not. Whatever you see there determines your next action. This is if you applied within the UK. I'm writing out of experience😊.

Hi everyone. Please I need an advice from anyone that can help.

I have been in the UK since the beginning of this year on the health and care visa. I applied for my family to come over as dependents in April. Biometrics was done in May, 2023. The application was taking too long . I've done several paid calls and emails and they keep saying it's under consideration not knowing that my sponsors have issues. Unfortunately, my sponsors license was taken off them last week.

Please, what should I do at this moment? I've managed to get another sponsor, it's 5 years visa but the application of my dependants in the home office is 3 years. Is it going to be a problem when I update my visa?

Should they withdraw and reapply or we should wait till after I update my visa? I forgot to mention, one of my kids have been granted visa since July, just waiting for the rest. Please my people edakun, who has been in the situation? It's really complicated.

Please help me 😭

Same here, I've been there severally. All they keep saying is, my passport is still at DMC. All I need is a contact person at TLS that can help track and maybe fast track the process. quote author=OptimisticK post=120158695]
I went there, my passport isn't ready yet according to them, when they checked.

When I went to see one of them letting him know I got a Successful BRP mail since last 3 weeks, he said I shd collect enquiry slip.

It was the same paid call and paid mail numbers.

Hi
Please, how did you get someone to listen to you at TLS? .I'm in the same situation, got a successful BRP letter on the 21st of November, till date I'm yet to receive my passport. I've sent several mails and UKVI has replied on different occasion saying they have told my VAC to release my passport. Please who do I meet at TLS to show the letter. My employer is worried.

Thanks for your anticipated assistance

Hello. Please how did you get the letter from UKVI? I'm in the same situation. I got a BRP mail since last year but no collection mail. How do I get my passport back kindly help out. Thank you

Thank you so much.
I eventually got a collection email few days back after visiting TLS again with the instruction letter from UKVI to release my passport.
UKVI gave me the most frustrating times of my life in 2022 both financially and emotionally. I lost 2 travel scholarships (Asia and Europe) because of their delay in returning my passport (over 4 months) for nothing. I realised that £55 payment VI is nothing but an offering. If not for the letter I took there physically, I doubt if I will ever get my passport back.
