Try Xiaomi EU Rom if you can go through the stress of Bootloader unlocking and d likes. Ur phone must be running Snapdragon processor

I was having the same issue with Redmi 9C on Etisalat network and after visiting their office severally without solution, I had to port to GLO without any issues


From my experience, I guess Etisalat frequency is not compatible with some Redmi phones
