You seem to be forgetting iPhone is OLED while mi 11(others) is AMOLED.
Also having a higher screen resolution than the iPhone 12. Also slightly bigger screens. Also one major factor Apple makes its chips just as it designs its OS. So it has the luxury of optimising it's OS to the best capabilities of the chip.

We all know Android Phonemakers are dependent on Google for its OS. In addition OEM's slap their own in-house OS skin on top of Google stock Android which makes it even more heavier than it is.

may God bless you for this.

OEMS generally don't release parts out, they do in house repairs which I am certain you are awared about, same thing Protein0 illustrated earlier. Have u ever purchased original oem tecno and infinix part for market?

at all, but Xiaomi need to bring the spare parts down to there care center for easy and quality stuff. I hate it if my customers can't get maximum satisfaction they expect.

My phone didn't have any underlying issues, if it did I would have stated it to you, it's my phone, of course I want it to be sound again, why would I want to conceal other issues. The phone was working perfectly well , the screen just brought out some lines and went off, next thing it brought out ink like things on the bottom. It's just like saying a patient going to the hospital and lying to doctor about where he's experiencing pains, who is to loose is it not the patient. OGA I don't mince words!!!

Phone is not like that madam. But both you and engineer need to take it easy.

sorry to ask, do you get the screen replacement here or from AliExpress?

sorry to ask, do you get the screen replacement here or from AliExpress.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, some customers. But all is well.

Protein0:
I have said this severally and I will still repeat it, Xiaomi don’t sell OEM parts. They only fix it for you if you can send the phone to them. The last time I utilized such service, I had to send the phone to China and I can confirm that what they replaced was truly the OEM part. This costed a lot. I am not sure if Xiaomi Nigeria offers this kind of service.

Any other replacement parts are copy, including all those on aliexpress. There are grades to copy parts tho. I have gotten several AAA+ copy parts for a lot of people here. They’re pretty cool but definitely not like OEM. I have personally used an AAA+ screen on my phone before.
I made this known to buyers and allow them to make informed decisions. I will implore repairpalng to remind customers of this. OEM grade parts will cost almost triple of what you find around.

That's what I'm facing here with customers. Xiaomi need to release the original spare parts.

xoftxoul:
Please jboixxx should invite this dude on here na

Hmmm, it's good to read sha.
