I like Mercy a lot! And if she has brought it this season I'd have carried her torch and ran with it but she dulled me so much. Frodd and White's overprotectiveness spoilt her game this season. If she'd starting playing this final week game she's playing with Pere in the earlier days, she'd have stolen the show.

I like her as a person as she genuinely has a good heart but like I always say, I strictly watch for the entertainment not the pervasive need to feel something because I supported a winner. Nah. But as I'd say in week one, Mercy is made financially. and while an extra 120m will not hurt, she'll also be fine without it.

I agree. Honestly, she slacked too much this season with the mother role she chose to play. The bubbly bad Mercy became so reserved and behind the background. I don't blame entirely though, she probably it was the only way people would accept that she has grown. Herself and Frodd chose to be the grand parents of the house. Before she realized what had happened, the other girls had already conquered the trend table. As much as folks are hypocritically saying they condemn toxicity, controversy is what sells BBN. Give people things to talk about whether good or bad. It was even when she started dancing seductively with Frodd at the pool party that she started heating up. One strong Mercenary on twitter said he sometimes forgot Mercy was in the house. The unexpected eviction of Kidd kind of spoilt things too because the ship was gently building up by then. She realized herself after Kim Oprah told her things and the eviction of Whitemoney sent the message to her so clearly. She's still a finalists regardless, so I'm happy for her.

BTW, emotionally sentimental Nigerians didn't want her to repeat. Ceec's is being carried by her narrative and entertaining toxicity.

I still have a feeling Mercy is in second place above Ceec

BBA was even better and they produced better winners. I dunno why they got cancelled. Imagine my neighbours acting like I called someone after I said Ilebaye will not win. We take these little things to the extreme when we should just be having fun with them. Once a particular housemate is all over the place, even those who don't have TVs would start rooting for them because they want to be with the winning team. I don't even like Phyna, but I think she deserved her win.

But Ilebaye as a winner? We have a long way to go
