Fayose didn't learn from the Fayose Market that was supposed to be a sort of Oba Adesida (Akure) market but almost 60% of the shops are vacant and have never been occupied for more than 10 years now.

If you don't increase the capacity of your people, how will they be able to afford lock up shops?
