Tinubu can never play the religion card, Lagosians especially Islanders hold the Lagosian identity higher than the religion identity. In most ethnic lagos family you have a mix of religions. Numerically there more Christians in Lagos than Muslims, so it would be foolish to play religious card, same goes for Ogun State, Ekiti & Ondo, maybe Oyo and Osun can have Sharia but doubt Oyo would allow...
