GloriousGbola:Oga you are trolling joor, it document probably had both, the result is same. |
BlueRayDick:Do you mean he sat for WAEC in 2008? |
GloriousGbola:You must be joking, would you make this person CEO of your company? No one set him up, it shows lack of preparation on his part, if he knew his limitations he could have just instructed them to put it at the rounded figure he finally settled for... Or send your deputy to present it naa |
BlueRayDick:Because no one easily gives up their advantage. This is another test whether Tinubu get ballz so far it he has folded, I believe he will fold on this except he has no intention for 2nd term. As a lagosian I am not gonna lie or ignore the advantages of HQs being domiciled in Lagos and the near monopoly of ports would mean for the state in the new sharing formula. |
Theflint1:Trump is not going to do such, neither would the CIA fritter away their intelligence, even if they have nothing tangible on Tinubu, what benefit would they get in showing their hands? |
GloriousGbola:Chairman, you are making it out more than it is, it's not like it's something she would bring up on campaign stumps, like shitting on Nigeria to get her elected, Nigeria is more of an albatross, not a story she is eager to tell, na Madam Abike go find famsing. Afterall, our former 001 told the whole British system we are a country of lazy youths, and when they called us fantastically corrupt - he gleefully accepted. |
raumdeuter:Bro, the kids ID are invalid because they were gotten using false pretense, nitori owo ina, doesn't make it valid. |
Oh wow same Almajiri kids APC used to kick out Goodluck Jonathan. These are kids, it's a shame that it ever got to court, the prosecution should be ashamed of themselves. So if I get government issued ID, I could lay claim to Dayo's multi billion naira assets in Nigeria, let me contacts my Oluwole cousins ![]() That these kids have govt issued ID stating they are adults doesn't make them adult, if government doesn't want to open the can of worms of how they get those documents then they should just set them free. |
raumdeuter:Or Fayemi & Co committed acts of sabotage/Treachery against Nigeria. |
When hunger reset the people's brain until then protest would just lead to destruction of properties and relative peace. Then only thing I expect Obi & Obidients to be doing more is being more vocal and visible in educating the peoe that the current hardship is due to people who knowingly or unknowingly voted for APC in the last elections for whatever reasons. Obi & Obidients obviously outperformed in 2023, even though I for some reason don't see Tinubu being on the ballot in 2027. He has the South, all he needs is to make more in roads into the North, also the Northern votes would be more divided in 2027 if Tinubu is on the ballot. |
Happy Independence Day |
raumdeuter:Chai Chai diaris God oo - Are you saying of the 3 candidates Monday isn't the worst? Like which criteria? I have already accepted that Edolites made their choice, even though hunger left a sizeable proportion with no choice than to go with the highest bidder. Just like in football the better team can lose a match, admitting that the worst candidate won an election doesn't deny the fact that Edolites made their choice. |
raumdeuter:Since you brought native Intelligence and being famous or loved by the street as a criteria. You sidestepped the question shey ![]() |
raumdeuter:Not much choice for a hungry person presented with food. However I agree that their choice is to be respected, we still can admit that worst candidate won the election. |
raumdeuter:Egbon so after Makinde now maybe you guys will try Sunday Igboho? We are seeking forward movement and progress, you think APC will put down someone like MC Oluomo as gov candidate in Lagos? |
izzou:Or when their people start migrating in large numbers to Lagos or other western states we start complaining. I cannot believe that people are trying to justify the worst candidate having won an election which if democracy functions well should not ever go pass party screening. There is no comparison between Fayose & this Monday guy, Ekiti doesn't suffer fools. There are too many video interviews of Fayose, you can be intelligent and street smart as well, Tinubu is a very good example of someone who can be at home in Isale Eko setting and still turn on phonetics when in London. It is not the grammar with this guy, it's the thought process, someone should please share that video of his solution to the power problem. |
Segedinho:No nah, I can't allow you to reduce our very own Eko1 to Fayose stomach infrastructure level. |
raumdeuter: Increased Allocation to Governors? Tinubu fall hand gan ni. I think we need to revisit that Tinubu build Lagos Mantra, it's looking like the actual truth is more like Fashola built the new Lagos. |
GloriousGbola:Whilst not discounting the atrocities committed by our people, I wasn't expecting such hash conditions especially with the high level parleys between our governments. |
raumdeuter:Chairman 8M people enjoying what gains of Tinubu government? Please list just 1 gain of Tinubu administration that Joe Public are enjoying, please please don't say laying foundation, Olorun ni mo fi be yin. |
GloriousGbola:Chief, you done port ni? This is not a PRO-APC news to share naa. |
OasisX:Exactly, You finally admitted that Tinubu and his supporters were capping all through campaigns, cos they are now unable to show workings. |
OasisX:Now I know you are kidding about the not paying subsidy. Like I said earlier, implementation is key, whilst Obi & Atiku had same thing their implementation could be different. Just like I would implement differently buy giving government 6months to get up and running and put things in place. I would have given Ibime post to speak to his cousins in the South south to ensure we ramp up our oil output substantially, even do deals to curb oil thefts etc. Give GloroiusG position to ensure that we can track every single drop of subsidised petrol from import to end user consumer in 6months, give my security heads marching orders on ensuring that subsidised oil is not moved across borders in land or sea tankers as a condition of them keeping their position, All these are just me a lay man thinking, imagine our leaders being loyal and genuine about solving a problem. Not some money grabbing scheme like Coastal Highway nonsense. |
OasisX:Bro we are still paying Subsidy after 16months he made that statement forget the name it is now called, and paying even more. So it is blatant F9. Even worse that people are paying more at the pump and we are paying more subsidy. |
Ellexy:The only Tinubu supporter I listen to on this board is Larride, and in fairness he has on a fair number of occasions expressed his displeasure at Tinubu government. When GloroiusG last week said to Dayo that things are really bad, that got me concerned. |
OasisX:I thought we all by now have agreed on this board that Tinubu didn't remove subsidy, he merely played to the gallery on day1 without due consideration of the implications of his actions. Like with every policy, it's implementation that is key, in that Regards Tinubu failed on Day1 |
LordAdam16:Chief how can you say it is both? Based on your own analysis if 35m is being lost and the total consumption of our immediate neighbouring countries is about 6.6m which no country would rely on smuggled fuel for tgeir energy security, so we can extrapolate that half of the 6.6m is smuggled from Nigeria, so atleast 30m litres is falsely reported by a government agency. I am not including the extended 2 Tier neighbouring countries cos as you stated cost of transportation eats into profitability of smuggling, moreover Ghana has crude oil. The crux of the matter is Tinubu has so far failed as both Minister of Petroleum and President, if him and his cronies are not complicit, there is no way it should still be possible that we as a nation are subsidising 35m litres of smuggled Fuel. The whole ban on kegs is nonsense, as if the numbers we are talking here would be smuggled via kegs. |
GloriousGbola:I agree with you that the claim is faulty, whilst the basis of his assertion may have some merit it doesn't take into account that those engineers have mostly japaed, in same vein it cannot be used as justification for the new purchase or do we have engineers to service Airbus? . |
raumdeuter:Ontop Tinubu matter, I can never win you😂😂😂 Bro, am actually not surprised as he is behaving true to type, my submission is that there are other viable options available if truly Nigeria is broke. Nigerians choose Tinubu a known spender, doubled down with another wasteful spender as Senate President, exactly why are people surprised? |
raumdeuter:You mean like keying the nuclear codes, abeggii you are just whining us, many president fly commercial so this excuse doesn't fly, especially for a govt that is broke and that information has been leaking since it's inception. Oga Dayo, is Nigeria broke or not? In truth Tinubu never promised curbing wastefulness, nor did I believe he is capable based on his past, if it was Peter Obi making this move I would have been shocked. However I expected him to grow our income so the wastefulness would not be glaring. The suggestion of him using his personal private jet or flying commercial is better optics than purchasing a new aircraft in midst of current suffering. |
raumdeuter:Does he have to fly private? If we are tightening belt and our people are suffering, he cannot be living like we are in the midst of plenty. He also can continue using his personal private jet as a show of his own personal sacrifice, after all it can assumed that the origin of the wealth that enabled him to afford to own a private jet was gotten through his proximity to power. Hmmm, why has no one asked what would Peter Obi do? |
Ibime:😂😂😂 I think he played them, hence I am viewing this whole protest with nothern political undertones cos the only time I can remember the North championing a protest or even really participating is when Buhari lost an election, No religion related protest. The food scarcity & inflation issue is squarely Buhari's making, Or how does one explain going from the substantial progress made in food security during Jonathan govt lead by Adesina, to us now clamouring to import our food staples, on a recent visit for Ileya na cost of pepper was one of biggest topic, I mean ordinary pepper. |
