People staying in lagos can testify to the fact that traffic is one of the major challenges faced by lagosians. and the yardstick to measure any government success is how well such government has been able to address major challenges like traffic.
I can remember vividly while this sanwo olu was having his debate on channels, where he was boasting on how he is going to tackle this challenge. Here we are now, still no improvement, i will say it is even worse compare to what we used to have. All he does is just to talk, talk and talk.
Firstly he promised all tankers and trucks will leave the road, here we are, as i am writing this, i am in a terrible traffice (no movement for one hour) with trailers and containers packed by the road. The t.fare is getting more expensive by the day.
Agberos that are contributing nothing but nuisance keep extorting citizen indirectly.

I have a question to ask, may be i am not seeing or observing well, what has been the contribution of this sanwo olu guy ever since he has taken mantle of leadership??. If we can see anything tangible despite all taxes and economic boom in Lagos... I think this guy should just go and resign.

Actually i bought the bicycle while i was in festac, Lagos...the road network is good same with akobo, the road network in our estate is good too....but i don't have the time to ride it again.

PhD was not required to be a Professor in University before, after your Masters and prescribed numbers of journal articles plus numbers of service years. Many old professor doesn't have PhD.

in the past,you need bsc with or without master to attain professorship status. soyinka became prof and won Nobel prize without PhD. truly, two certificates are important and both can lead to many opportunities: secondary school and first degree certificates. Other certificates are just addendum. many PhD programs are coming up because education has been commercialized. technically,you do not need PhD to become prof what you need are teaching and research skills. however, it is compulsory to have PhD to become prof in Nigeria but not worldwide.

The truth of the matter is that if you have your way, run (as far as your legs can carry you) away from the educational system here in Nigeria......if to say na Nigeria now, with HND it will be more difficult for him to achieve those feats, cos he needs to convert his HND to B.sc first..
