israelinvests: in politics ibos are not smart anough. ... this thread is to know more intention of the east toward the west. major numbers of people castigating tinubu on social media are from the east. that is why tinubu is gaining more support from the westerners. I am telling u today that tinubu will not contest but will fight for Yoruba presidency in 2023. ibos leaders should be bold to meet Western leaders and discuss 2023 with them since they seem to be the only obstackle... Attacking tinubu will not give ibo the presidency... politics is all about interest. The Yorubas have invested alots in A.P.C party and they can not give away the presidency just like that. The attacks for supporting buhari and A.P.C BY some Nigerians won't let the Yorubas to give it away easy...They can not fight for the ibos . The ibos should fight for themself if truly they need presidency. not hiding behind or act second feddle to the north cause Yoruba refused to bowdown which tinubu is gaining more support from the west? abi u mean Lagos where dem mumu die.. so all those Yoruba's on Facebook and Twitter against tinubu are Igbo's..abi all those Yorubas who will never vote for tinubu are also Igbos.. tinubu will fight for which Yoruba interest like the way he has sat on Lagos destiny for decades or the way he imposed idiot governors who made things hard for the people with their wickedness, propaganda and noisemaking with virtually nothing to show for it.. you tinubu supporters honestly do overate the clown sha..deluded human beings. |

Only God can rid you of your self hate.
We are all not children, we have seen what the PDP offered the SW since 1999 and have seen what the AD/ACN/APC offered in each state of the west. Objectively, the APC beats the PDP in terms of performance when you compare candidates by candidates. That is a fact!
If you like, you should vote Atiku or Kwakwanso above Tinubu, we have always had Yorubas like you and the beauty about us is that we understood the value of freedom and democracy.
Rather than spend your time antagonizing Tinubu, I hope you can start projecting your own PDP SW leader that can wrestle the presidency in 2023 or you can support a Fulani man if that is your desire. Just make sure anyone you hope to support has the Yoruba interest at heart, that is the most important thing.
Gracias! go and die.. politics is a game of personal interest fuul... why do APC supporters find this hard? you obviously support APC,like so many people in SW,I don't support or will never support APC.. ejoo ki ni Oran nii be.. amukumeko. oh and yes APC surpass pdp in noisemaking and propaganda. |

Again, how can you honestly be hating on Tinubu and be supporting Atiku? PDP will still present Atiku in 2023. So, how’s Atiku a better option than Tinubu? how are you sure Pdp will present Atiku? just like you hate PDP..so do I hate Apshit..don't take it personal....oh...and I will rather vote Atiku than vote clown Tinubu..at least Atiku has not turned his state to his parlour and bedroom which belong to only he and his cronies nor have I ever heard he raises thugs and goons to chase opposition voters away... you mention corruption in Nigeria today and tinubu pops to mind.. continue to support your APC..just leave the rest of us yorubas in peace.. wicked party of hunger and cultism.. and as for the useless question u even asked,I am not obligated to answer. at least during PDP tenure in SW they were not starving workers by not paying salaries and not killing pensioners by not paying gratuities...nor did they drag their state to useless debt with virtually nothing to show for it...unlike apshit..propaganda and noisemaking party..its a matter of time before apshit time in sw come to an end. |

It's a Known fact that Western region was developing faster than other regions and Awolowo did more for Western Regions than other prime ministers of his mates.
There is no way he won't steal money or divert funds, but did he contribute meaningful development to western region? Yes! All his achievements still stands and visible till date.
Even in advanced countries, they steal and loot with meaningful contributions to their countries. lol..see you..go and read the coker reports..the indictments against Awolowo was alarming....he was as corrupt as they come..yeah,he did some great things in SW,but it doesn't mean we put avoid talking about his other side.. do you know cocoa house was not built for public use.. it was originally for the personal private business of Awolowo in which he used his cronies such as S.O gbadamosi, shonibare,Alfred rewane as fonts...the company used as font was National investment and properties companies... it was in the coker reports... it was taken away from them after which Akintola renamed it cocoa house.. these are not hearsays..find the coker report and read. |

Western Region has seen a lot. The error of the past is the wisdom of the future.
God bless Awolowo. God bless South West. God bless Yorubas at large. who told he did nothing to the Yoruba region or you just wanna be stvpid? its sad history has been removed from our curriculum.. go and do your research, it was actually Akintola that established OAU in 1961 and not Awolowo....OAU was established by Akintola Govt, though today, they have removed his imprint in the school, Akintola play a huge role in in what we now call cocoa house..in fact it was he who named the place "cocoa house" because of bitter politics Awolowo faction and bitter SW right wings totally removed his imprint for the things he did in SW...thanks to removing history and their dominance of the media unlike now or do you think every Yoruba was pro Awolowo?.. nope...actually the people who opposed Awolowo most were his own Yoruba people hence every election in SW then was a real war compared to the rest of the country... its like how stupidd sw APC supporters believe, you are only a real Yoruba man when you are pro tinubu, but once you are anti APC and tinubu, you are labeled ipob and Igbo..a useless senator even labelled Obasanjo as Igbo. its actually a knock on Awolowo that his personal ambitions led to the destruction of lives and so many properties. LegendHero: Makinde statement is just rubbish because a Yoruba presidency does not even stop restructuring and I can argue that someone like Tinubu will be a better fit for that restructuring agenda if elected.
Restructuring itself to me should be a gradual structural change if you want to get anything done. You don’t just deploy it as a waterfall approach, it has to be some kind of agile system where you roll out the package bit by bit.
The SW established Amotekun which is some sort of community form of policing. As a president you can use your contacts in the National Assembly to allocate some funding and create law for state government and make it a statewide thing. That’s restructuring.
There are some state with some certain mineral resources that have been clamoring that they want to have the right to explore and own their resources. Set up some form of sharing formulas and give them the autonomy to do that. That is some form of restructuring.
The reason we are not getting anything done about restructuring is because these guys want to roll it out once and they haven’t been able to find any common ground since.
North has gold and etc, create a policy that will favor state exploration and give that impression that they are benefiting, then you would have been able to achieve one of these things. Then the Southern states can benefit from the same thing. Then try to alternate it by finding something the North think they have a comparative advantage on, do that and vice versa for the south.
There are some states that have the ability to have their own power generation system, you can try to give them some green light by using your contacts in the NA to make relevant laws. That itself is some sort of restructuring.
It’s better to move at a snail speed than being stagnant. It’s better we are rolling them out bit by bit, instead of waiting for a full restructuring that have now been audio since God knows when. full.. |
