I guess she is no longer qualify to migrate since she is above 21 and not covered by CSPA. Finally, F4 derivatives even if covered by CSPA can not go with their own derivatives. They supposed to remain unmarried.

They actually look at the age of the derivatives as at when the case was filed. We were all under 21yrs then.

No I don’t think derivatives can add their husbands and children. You have to even check on CEAC if her name is still on there as she might be aged out.
Moreover derivatives (child)are not supposed to marry so she can’t even add her husband and children. Derivative is a child or husband of the principal applicants.!Derivative cannot have another derivative.

Her name is still there. Alongside mine and im 30+.
Currently at the documentation stage for mine alongside the principal applicant. Will contact the lawyer in charge of the case then, to know her fate, sigh.

Your sis needs to visit the ceac website and at the immigrant visa section log in with her case ID number and invoice ID number (both numbers are on the welcome letter which she must have received by now), there she can add her beneficiary(husband and kids).

She isnt the main beneficiary. My mum is the principal applicant

She was under 21yrs when filed. 15yrs after, now married with children. Any hope for her husband and children to be added? No slot for son inlaw/grandchildren

Please need your advice on this case.

My sister, (F4 derivative applicant) has been married for 5yrs with 2 kids.
On the NVC Portal, no slot for addition of her spouse and children. How can it be done to add her family? She doesnt mind staying back and wait for the approval of her family together.

And also, how to update her name record has she bears her husband's name.

What can be done please?

PS: Was filed for, in 2006 and just got to the stage of visa payment and documentation.

Our case got a little bit complicated but thank God for the US lawyer in charge of our case. My aunt filed for 6 families and had a little setback with getting co-sponsors to assist.

Submission should hopefully be done today.

There was no public awareness on this cashless saga.
On Jan 2nd, we were flagged down by some officials on approaching the bridge (inward lekki), asking if we had e-tag. Later gave us a ticket to pass through for N250.
On coming back (same day), around 7/8pm, there was serious traffic on the bridge. Cars were turned back and no one to issue tickets as they did earlier.

We were =2 cars away from the toll booth. Those in front refused to turn back (lol). After much pressure and serious traffic, one of the officials opened the toll booth and allowed everyone to pass through

Had to shout while driving through to at least make public awareness and not get people stranded.

As at 2006, some of the beneficiaries children were 20 below. But now, way over 30yrs, any possibility for them?

If Yes, can one include the kids of those who had given birth among the children?

Lastly, what documents are needed aside passport for the main beneficiaries? And hope the children wont be required to bring documents also

This is a question you should ask the Visa officers on nairaland,.
But with the little knowledge about it we can still help but i also strongly recommend you throw the question on the V.O's thread. This thread is just based on peoples experiences and little knowledge about the immigration processing.
The V.o's give you an accurate information.

Siblings filed Cases, if the beneficiary is married, his Family will go with him. Wife and Underaged Children. But of cos all their Visa Fees and immigrant fees would be paid for even to a baby.

2) Any adult Children would have Aged out, they will NOT be included ., So that means the adult children's parents will be the ones to file for them after they have left for the U.S.

Any Kids if the siblings who have given birth can be included, as long as they are underaged.

Just ensure you and the other parties have an contract based agreement in written form sent via mail.
