Can you imagine the rate, Stanbic intentionally is becoming greedy, similar tenure is offered by First Bank at 14.1% while Stanbic is offering at 13.55%.

I actually called Lotus capital yesterday and I was informed they will be doing allotment before weekend. I am surprised some have started getting. I hope mine will be soon

I used Lotus capital and their custodian account. Did not have a CSCS account at the time. I got a mail. Am sure you will receive yours soon. If you used your CSCS account, maybe you can check again.

I read today a total of N100b has been handed over to the Works Minister. That means allotment must have been concluded, yet no notice yet. And what happens to the N32b excess?

Not listed yet doesn't mean it will not be listed. Besides, I don't know why someone will take his time to apply for bond of this structure and want to liquidate less than 2 weeks. Such fellow should deal more in the stock market.

Agreed. Let's wait patiently. I had contacted Lotus Capital who did the transaction on my behalf and they equally mentioned we should see updates going into the second week in Jan 2019.

This was my reason for liquidating my mutual funds and investing all in the just concluded FGN SUKUK BOND at 15.74% for 7 years.

CBN is better prepared now to absorb shocks. Even Naira is not as weak as people anticipated.

The foreign reserve is not as bad as the period we enjoyed the 18 to 19% rates in Treasury bills.

Me I have locked down for long time

I made the same move but yet to get any proof of investment. I keep hearing allotment is in progress. I must say it's my first time going this route hence my curiosity. Would you have more information regarding when the proof of investment (what does one get anyway?) will be sent out? Thank you.
