My wife and myself were discussing how much it would cost to finish a self contained apartment(call it BQ if you like- just a living room, a bedroom, toilet and kitchen) from foundation to finish. I would imagine N500k will do the job. The idea is to do this first and then take time to build a proper bungalow or 2/4 flats later.

Honestly, will N500k do? If it won't, I guess it will make no sense then. Would rather wait and build a proper flat.

Software unlocked won't just go back to locked mode except you don't know what you are doing. Just don't update to a newly released firmware. That's all.

turned out it was the stabilizer rod bushing not seating properly. Was retightened and feels much better.

These guys might have kidnapped themselves for all i care. How come none of these kidnappers (since when kidnapping started back in Niger Delta) have been prosecuted all this while? To me kidnapping is another way to steal money. Believe this, you will believe anything.
