sugah: Then you should do something about her "unemployed situation". You know not all relationships should lead to marriage. Relationships should be about what you can offer to the next person, not really what you want from them. If you have the wherewithal to empower her (a lil from your seven figure salary), you should do that. Empowerment doesn't necessarily have to be about giving her money. While she is waiting to be employed, does she have any passions that can fetch some form of income from? Have you talked her into getting anymore educational qualifications that would give her an edge against the other millions of graduates being churned out from schools? Does she have a business plan that you can finance? You should help her. Even if she doesn't end up being as financially independent as you want her to be and end up marrying the other broad, she would never forget you and how you touched her life(as long as sex isnt involved). Hmmn I was in a similar situation some months back. I tried to empower the girl I was dating at the time by getting her to learn skills like hairdressing and bridal make up. She was unwilling to put those skills to use to make something herself. Some women think that because they're women they are entitled to receive. What if the lady in question is like that? |

keyman0007: @ Zeiya the next auction date is 7th October 2015. Who has the idea of the average interest rate for principal btw 2m to 4m on Treasury bills? Between 10 and 13 per cent per annum. Depends on the tenor |

seguno2: It seems everyone is overlooking the capital growth of real estate which is absent for T-bills. Capital appreciation is good. Cashflow is better |

Hi
I just got my premolars extracted as the first step towards getting braces. The extraction of the right one went well but the extraction of the left one was tougher so the orthodontist was not very gentle. My problem now is that the canine next to it hurts like crazy plus the gum close to it feels kinda loose unlike the other side which is firm and is far less painful.
Is this pain on the canine normal after an extraction? Also, is the flesh on the gum supposed to be loose ?
Thanks |

pipz: I don't know about any custodian fee on T bills. CBN requires u to charge only 0.125% off the yield. It takes one customer, just one customer to make a Bank sit up and stop treating thier customers unfairly [quote author=pipz post=33866155]Custodianship fee is legitimate. I read it in some CBN circular a while back. The circular is available on their website |

[quote][quote author=Royal155 post=33460880]The bank will gain more from you(I think 10% of your capital gain) if you fixed your fund and they have full control of the money you fixed, unlike t.bills where central bank controls the money and the bank's commission is very small. Don't let them woo you into fixed deposit unless it's what you want to do.
The bank doesnt take 10% on fixed deposit interest. The 10% is withholding tax and goes to the LIRS/FIRS. You can pull your money out at any time though subject to some conditions. |
