2015/2016 SESSION PRE–ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE
The University of Ilorin invites all candidates who have applied for admission into the University as First Choice either through UTME or Direct Entry, to visit the University of Ilorin website, for details of the procedure for the Pre- Admission Screening Exercise.
Registration for the Pre-admission screening for UTME and Direct Entry candidates will commence on Tuesday 4th August and end on Sunday 16th August, 2015.
The Pre-admission Screening Exercise for UTME, Direct Entry and Remedial candidates is scheduled to take place from Monday, 17th to Monday 24th August, 2015 using the Computer Based Test (CBT) platform at Ilorin and Lagos Centres.
Awaiting results candidates must submit their results online on or before Saturday, 15th August, 2015
N.B: All Remedial students whose Pre- Admission Screening Exercise had earlier been scheduled for Monday 10th August, 2015 has now been re-scheduled for Monday 17th August, 2015.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates must have:
Scored a minimum of 180 marks in the 2014 UTME for all courses except those for which higher cut off marks have been specified on the University website;
Made the University of Ilorin their first choice either at UTME or Direct Entry (DE) and;
Obtained Five (5) Credits in relevant ’O Level subjects, at not more than two sittings except in MB;BS where only one sitting is acceptable.
Eligible candidates should visit the University website to complete their registration online. Assessing the University website through any of search engines may lead to redirection to other websites not associated with the University.

The University charges N1,000.00 (One Thousand Naira) only for the CBT excercise and N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira) only for the University processing fee.

Note
Candidates for the pre-admission screening exercise are advised to be decently dressed. Candidates with indecent dressing will not be allowed into the screening premises
Phones and all other forms of mobile communication, electronic devices, bags and luggage are not allowed within the screening premises.
Only registered candidates for the screening exercise will be allowed into the screening premises.

2015/2016 PRE-ADMISSION SCREENING REGISTRATION INSTRUCTION

On the home page of the University of Ilorin website, click on 2015/2016 Pre-Admission Screening Procedure
All candidates are advised to click on Pre-Admission Screening Instructions and carefully read the Registration Instructions:
On Admission Menu displayed on the left-hand side, click Pre-Admission Screening Instruction and read carefully.
Type in your JAMB Registration Number and SURNAME in the boxes provided. Carefully type in your JAMB Registration Number as any error committed will not allow your details to be displayed.
Thereafter,

UTME candidates should click on the Get Details button for your JAMB information;
DE candidates should click OK button on the dialog box displayed and enter your names; and
Click on Make Payment link to go to WEBPAY page. Note: UTME Candidates who are qualified for the courses originally chosen can proceed to make payment by supplying the required information. However, UTME Candidates who are not qualified for the course originally chosen are advised to change their course as indicated on the payment page. Note the sum of N2,500 is charged for change of course.
Make Payment
Select your ATM card type (e.g Verve or Master Card)
Enter your Card Number
Enter Card Expiry Date and the card CVV2 (the 3 digits on the reverse side of the card and lastly enter your card pin; and
Then click on Pay.
Please note: (Do not Refresh your browser while the process is going on to avoid multiple deductions from your account. If nothing is displayed after 10 minutes, close the browser and restart again).

After Login, click on Continue Registration Link on the main menu.
Fill in your other bio-data and necessary details truthfully on the webpage. All candidates should upload their Passports by clicking on Browse button and select your picture. Your Passport must not be more than 20KB.
PASSPORT SPECIFICATION
Acceptable format (JPEG)
Picture must be digital passport photograph
Resolution must be at least 200 DPI
Dimension should not be less than 251 × 297 pixels
Each photograph should capture head and top of the shoulders so that the faces take up to 70-80% of the photograph.
Show the eyes looking directly at the camera
Show skin tone naturally
Have a uniform red background
Maximum of 20kb
SIGNATURE SPECIFICATION
Signature must be clearly scanned
Acceptable format (JPEG)
Resolution must be at least 200 DPI
Dimension should not be less than 134 × 33 pixels
Signature should be in black ink and should be on a plain background (no lines)
Signature must be clear and bold
Maximum of 15kb
On completion of bio-data. click on Next Step button then click OK on the message dialog box.
All Direct Entry (DE) candidates should complete the Institution of choice and click on Save then click OK on the message dialog box.
On completion of choice of Institution click Next Step button.
For Direct Entry (DE)
Direct Entry candidates are required to select their Higher Academic Qualification(s) from the drop down and click on Save. On the dialog box click OK;
To add more Higher Academic Qualifications click on qualifications drop down to select your additional qualifications click on save; and
Click on Next Step.
All candidates (UTME and DE) are required to supply their O' level (O/L) details as follows:
Pick Number of sitting(s) by clicking on the drop-down button
Enter all the required O' level (O/L) details; and
Click on Submit button then click OK on the message dialog box.
All Awaiting Results (O'Level and A' Level) must be uploaded on or before 15th of August 2015.
Click Scheduling Tab. All candidates must select a screening centre from the drop-down menu. Note an alert will be immediately sent to your e-mail and phone number provided in your bio-data.
Click Print Tab to print out the following:
Pre-Admission Screening Registration form;
Scheduling Slip; and
Payment Receipt.
Note: All candidates are expected to be at the screening centre an hour before their scheduled time and with the above printouts

Marathon is a long distance running event and usually run as a road race. The Unilorin Marathon is a half marathon that stretches from a part of Ilorin Township to the school stadium. The long distance represents endurance over time which the school has done to achieve the goal of academic stability of about fifteen (15) years. This marathon is aimed at celebrating academic stability of the school.

Unilorin to be a reference point of academic excellence and moral standard for other schools in Nigeria.
Mission
To inculcate the culture of academic stability in the students and staff of the school.

Opening speech.
Passing of the torch.
Marathoners take off from the start line.
Live performance by artists as the marathon progresses.
Update live coverage of the race at the school stadium.
Presentation/Decoration of winners with medals.
