WAEC is the bedrock of that masters or degree certificate.

If for example, you are a PhD holder and it was discovered that you forged your waec to get admission for your degree, it then makes that degrees null and void because, you were not qualified for it in the first place.
Its a stage, you move up the ladder gradually, if you manipulated a stage, then that stage you are is fraudulent.

Nobody is arguing that buhari didn't go to war college, we are saying that he was not qualified to proceed to that war college because he didn't have the requirement.
If it can be proven that he didn't have WAEC or O'level, then that army war college certification is not valid.
