" Given the wealth of options, it is understood that the French coach will offload at least one player as part of a defensive reshuffle"
If anyone should be offloaded, it should be Silvestre not Senderos. |

Its all good,atleast we won.
Why does Arsenal play very well with "Big" Teams? just curious. . . . Answer: "Big" Teams tend to play attacking football and this suites arsenal's play better as opposed to PLAYING AGAINST smaller teams that sit back and DEFEND DEFEND DEFEND!!!!! |

What has Amodu done that is bad? the fact that he drew 0-0 to jamaica? Yes, Siasia is a good coach but don't forget that Naija didn't lose a game in the qualifiers and the only goal we conceded was an own goal. The NFF cannot just decide to fire someone because they feel there is someone better. Amodu will only be relieved of his duties if he draws or loses important games, so far he hasn't, so the job is still his. For all we know, Siasia could coach Nigeria and be a flop! |

Now this is the kind of game I always look forward to, REVENGE! They will be playing at home so we expect them to Attack, Attack, Attack and this is always good for arsenal. I just hate when teams sit back and defend, defend, defend. |

debosky:

What form of dementia is troubling you?
@ Arsenal fans
One piece of good news has emerged today. . . .Silvestre to remain injured for another '2 to 3 weeks' !
I'm not interested in having this player even remaining at the club, the sooner they get rid of him the better. I hope AW only gave him an 18month deal, so he should be gone before the end of next season.
More importantly, Sagna wasn't injured when he was subbed for Eboue - maybe just a bit tired. We can't afford to lose our best defender at this point in the season.
In other news, rumours indicate City is now bidding £12m for Kolo . Now that is mad money for a 27 year old(without African VAT ) player. Given that AW prefers to play Gallas and JD when they are both fit, and we still have Song (?) and Mikael Baboon who can play there, I wouldn't mind so badly selling Kolo.
I know he's the only real invincible left (Clichy didn't do too much that season) but for £12m, we could get a decent CB for £8m and use the remaining cash to settle the Arshavin matter or improve Walcott and RVP's contracts. All this is speculation though, Arsene said no one will leave in January, so it's highly unlikely the deal will happen.
3 days to go. . . . . Sell Kolo? Now that will be stupid!!!!!!!!!!! . IMO Kolo is way better than Gallas. I still wonder why Toure was on the bench on Wedenesday . By the way, Arshavin has been issued a work permit already, its only a matter of hours now. |

mukina, 4get it.
Tonight's Starting XI:
Almunia
Sagna Toure Djourou Clichy
Eboue Diaby Denilson Nasri
Adebayor RVP
N.B: Gallas might start instead of Djourou due to Wenger's unneccessary sentimental attachment towards him. |

Hopefully Lucille leaves this sunday. @Twinstaiye He doesn't like Uti probably because 1) he feels Uti has been a threat and the life of the house from the day one (which explains why he also nominated Ricco) 2) he feels Hazel liked or still likes Uti 3) he might have something against Nigerians in general (I mean from day 1 till now, even after finding out Uti didn't nominate him during the fake eviction week ) Uti doesn't know that Thami is an unfriendly friend i.e he thinks Thami is one of his buddies in the house. To Uti, thami is a friend, to Thami, Uti is an enemy. I can't wait for Thami or Mimi to be nominated. I believe Uti should just remain himself and try to crack more jokes, that should save him. lata |
