Sometimes Luno support is slow yes. but is mostly because you are impatient. I have only once had to contact them - my issues are solved by just being patient.

I agree. Rules are there to not make it difficult for us, but to prevent things like accounts being frozen.

One way is to use Genex like you say. Personally I don't trust their website. It is made with default wordpress and sponsor scams like bitcoin doubler. But if they can send money then ok I will try.

Here is a good way I found to get my money from Luno while they are busy fixing frozen account:

Create account with Wirex and order card
Send bitcoin to wirex wallet and use card instead of my bank card to withdraw from ATM
Yes is little more expensive, but can at least get money out
Can also use the acrd online or send bitcoin back to luno when it works again
