I zeroed my mind already but performing in first halves over 3 matches is not something i enjoy watching.
The team won't make top 5 agreed but he should give us something to cheer on. Not this drab substitutions and playing pattern.
Well, I agreed but we can't expect him to get things right as quick as this

Lampard would ruin that club with his drab decision making. You can't thrust 3 young players into the team without first team experience. Mount, Tammy and Tomori ought to be coming in as substitute to learn how the team works and grasp EPL.
Why send Zappacosta on loan when Azplicueta has been shaky due to the amount of matches he's played overtime and his supposed replacement in Reece James is currently injured till November.
I'd like the coach to succeed and break the jinx with the youth players but he's not showing any sign of a decent coach.
This is another fact that isn't right, Tomori hasn't start any game this season(except pre season). Reece James hasn't had the luxury of experiences & trust that Tomori has from Lampard.
Let all Chelsea fans just accept this season as a testing period where failure won't be a surprise occurrence.

It was just a kind gesture, I even heard a radio presenter (sport), he claimed that it is the usual norm for Malawi league instead of awards as we see it in other leagues.
I don't like false headings just to generate viewers

Not a matter of relax or not relax.

SO the students should relax in class without chalk and relax in class without examination papers?

Thats not a capital expenditure and it is timed now.

I am not saying he didnt promise but move closer to headmasters and principals and you will see the fact that there is still a little need to try all means to collect small money from the students even if it is temporary till everything will balance.

talking from fact and consultations, some schools has collected the 200 naira exam fee and has forwarded per student head to state capital for exam questions. no chalks right now! are they going to fold hands?

its not about the headmasters and principals but the government should pls act fast and face the decision making authorities.

Its not about declaring only on media but act and act very fast

did you still get my point?
I understand you but we shouldn't forget that two wrongs don't make a right.
We can't continue the wrong pathway and expect the right response.
Let's still give it time

Regular supply of needed materials to the schools like chalks, duster and stationary

Furnitures and building for those affected, like chairs, tables, staff rooms, classrooms

More teaching staff in areas where there is shortage so that those PTA staff that will be redundant since no payment is received will be replaced with new teaching staff.

Provision of more securities to schools.

And urgently the exam question papers coz currently, I learnt and I know their exam papers are coming from Ibadan straight and Ibadan do collect a particular fee on every students as exam fee.

Shey u understand?
Just 30days in office abi ??
I hope you know that new bill hasn't been passed accurately, his action was one of the promises he made while he was campaigning & he has done so.
Relax sir, he will do the needful at the appointed time sir.

I don't want to criticise before knowing the real content because majority of comments & views from people doesn't support it.

But what kind of image would a human being take in their dream since they've not seen one?
I think they will see but they won't know what name or what object they see, even they won't know the differences between a tree and human
Romance / Re: Do Blind People Dream? by Olusholasimon(m): 4:42pm On Jul 05, 2019
GeniusWannabe:

Thanks for the clarification in your first sentence.

Dreams also have to do with auditory senses. If blind people without visual memory do not have auditory problems, don't you think there's a possibility for them to identify peculiar things in their dreams?

For example, in the case you just cited wherein the said lady dreamt about Naira Marley. If a blind person heard his voice from one of his songs, went ahead to see an image of someone singing (not necessarily that same song) with the same voice. Don't you think that would give them a clue as to how certain things look in reality? In that case, I think it would be necessary to have one on one contact with blind persons.
I love this & I must thank you for that point you raised again.
I'm not so sure about voices in dreams,I'm used to having dreams & I can't really cite a specific tone/voice recognition that can help a blind being in identifying the speaker but I can say "the styles/) or familiar manner through which the voice sound might help.
I hope I will be able to receive a clearer verdict about this issue from the real source who has the experience because whenever I tried to reason it with people around me they always think the other way round like are you blind or something.
I think blind people can dream but the dimension though which they can understand it might be difficult to explain for those who can see.
We have some who can feel the ray of lights while some are completely darkened no matter how bright the light is.

GeniusWannabe:

What exactly do you mean by "..they don't have anything in memory" ?
What I mean is not by the word or what they've been taught, I mean vision.
A lady (who loves circular music) once told me that she dreamt of Naira Marley, for me I don't really know that guy so I won't be able to identify him even if I dreamt about him.
They don't have anything in memory through their eyes so they can't identify what they see in dreams

Wow ! This is one of the mystery that I've always wonder about,I've asked people but they all seem not to get my point.
People say "we only dream of what we see/think about" but those who are born blind can not visualize anything because they don't have anything in memory.
I think they can dream but may not be able to identify what they've seen. Even if it's human being because they probably don't know how physically shaped human are.

I wonder why WhatsApp can't just look at how GB WhatsApp has been able to develop their own app & do the same.
To be fair, things have not been the same since I decided to change to the normal WhatsApp, it's as if I'm using a new app entirely.
If you've not used GB WhatsApp, you're missing the real deal !
