Romance / Re: Single Reason Why Many Men Are Afraid To Invest In A Lady by Oluwadare: 5:33pm On Jan 10, 2018
MrMcJay:
As a man, you should invest in YOURSELF FIRST. That woman you're helping today is still with you because you're in a position to help her. Once she leaves that position, she'll look for other men who can give her what you are unable to give her.

Men and women are wired differently. In matters of looks, money, age, education and class, men date downwards while women date upwards. Having a woman date downwards or sideways is abnormal.

Females only date those above them. They may manage to date those of the same level due to low demand for them but never date lower than them.

For the poor man struggling to take care of his woman so that she'll be well fed and won't look outside, it is the fresh skin of your well-fed woman that would attract the men who would take her away.

Hate me for saying the truth, it's simply evolution at play.
You are blessed with a thinking ability. Thank you.

Career / Re: School And Work At The Same Time. How Feasible? Advice Needed. by Oluwadare: 8:28am On Dec 04, 2017
busket:
In my own case I work part time especially during holidays and sometimes weekends. I work in a printing press as an operator and also have a good relationship with my boss. Since mine is part time, when I'm in school I totally forget about work and face my studies and when its the weekend or holidays I do same to school too.

Won't lie to you it wasn't easy at first, cos after the holidays sometimes you struggle to sometimes catch up with school, cos most times you tend to forget little things you've learned previously.

All you really need is to separate both, and create time for serious studies (have a time table for all your courses and stick to it).

I agree, make up is a fraud in which a certain law should be enacted to punish anyone caught in the middle for falsification of beauty and deceiving of opposite sex.

The fundamental misjudgment we've made as a country is to assume everyone is cut out for the formal education. Some of these peeps up north will do well as semi skilled artisans.
And the North needs not compete with the South by forcing their people to be educated; they should concentrate on their strength and focus on agriculture.
certainly best opinion I've read in a recent time.

Good education is any positive thing(s) you learned that can be domesticated and use either to solve the existing problem in your local environment or world at large. Or to improve on the already available friendly environment, in both local and international environment.

Tinubu has finally buried his pride in shame and cooperated with Bukola Saraki, someone who understands d game better. GBA fun oga e!
one thing have learned in Nigeria politics is that, as a politician no matter what you must have a strong position in the affairs of the country to serve as your trade Value any day. Otherwise, you would be dumped to one corner and render you irrelevant in the space of political rotation (I.e four years cycle)

Had it been Mr. Saraki isn't the senate president today I don't know where he would have been by now after that trial with CCT. That seat gave him the ultimate choice to negotiate his way out. I now see reason why Mr. Tinubu was also fighting to be VP prior to presidential election in 2015...

The Nigerian security agencies have thus far shown that they lack the drive, accountability, transparency and oversight function to police the Nigerian people! Their modus operandi is a throw back to the slave era! Shame
I'm telling you. These days I don't even feel safe being around any one of them any longer. The negative news about them is one too much for me. I see why some well to do individuals are going for private security guard in the country now. I don't think I can trust any of them anymore.

@op........ Know for a fact today that the way each one of us connected to God is precisely different. The person you used as a reference to question the God love over you might not even ready to accept the existence of God, but she might have done little thing that pleased Him unknown to everyone even herself.

As for the situation you found yourself. Believe me God might be preparing you for a satisfactory position in your eventual life. God is the most merciful being. He loves you more than you love yourself, He won't take something out of His servant life without replacing it with something better. Please don't do anything funny to yourself, hang on abit more, yours blessing is around the corner believe me. You will soon laugh and thank your God abundantly. Remain bless dear friend.

I don't see our VP as a politician, at least typical Nigeria politicians. As a result, please Mr. Osibanjo don't get yourself involved in Nigeria politics, it's too dicey just finish your tenure and go back to your pastoral duty.

I never said I prefer them because they're intelligent or more successful than their uneducated counterparts. People who couldn't deal with individual choices started the semantics, which I didn't see the need for.

I actually went through your posts, there was something about the initial one I quoted that prompted that. Very few male NLders have caught my interest that way. I'll watch out for you smiley

Words on marble, intents are very pure and no way condescending.
No problem madam. You've caught my attention as well. Good day.

Well, you seem to see politics from a monolithic spectrum. Those intellectuals who coined the adage that;

" a day in politics is like 10 years " .......... this is because in a day in politics, a lot can happen that will look like it took 10 years to do it

AND

" in politics, there are no permanent friends, no permanent enemies, but permanent interests"

Are not fools. Everyone seeks where their bread is buttered. If you were alive in 1983, you will realize that Awolowo (UPN) boasted that he will not lose an inch of his domain to Shagari (NPN) Let me help u understand what happened. BOLA IGE of UPN, lost to a certain VICTOR OMOLOLU OLUNLOYO of NPN in Oyo State, ...... ADEKUNLE AJASIN (UPN) lost to a certain AKIN OMOBORIOWO (NPN). In BENDEL, Prof. Ambrose Ali (UPN) lost to Dr. Samuel Ogbemudia (NPN)

In the east nko? Azikiwe (NPP) boasted he can lose anywhere in Nigeria but not his beloved Anambra to Shagari (NPN) What happened?

Chief Jim Nwobodo (NPP) lost to Chief C.C. Onoh (NPN)

In Borno, Abubakar Waziri (GNPP) boasted that he will not lose his home state to Shagari (NPN), what happened?

Mohammed Goni (GNPP) lost to Sheik Jama (NPN)

In 1993 June 12 presidential elections, MKO Abiola from Ogun state defeated Bashir Tofa of Kano State in Kano State!

In politics, the more you look, the less you see!

truth be told, Nigeria politics can be difficult to predict most times due to self interest politics being played by our politicians. That is why I've been saying it's still somehow early to say what will happen come 2019 in Nigeria political arena.
Politics / Re: Why Buhari Will Still Win 2019 Presidency - Axelrod by Oluwadare: 10:36am On Oct 26, 2017
When you are talking about politics in Nigeria exclusively, you have to take personal interest into your consideration. As it stands now, I'm still expecting a lot of consultations a lot of resources to change hands before 2019. I'm very certain all the big players in Nigeria politics today are still open for negotiation at this point in time due to the term PERSONAL INTEREST.

However, what I can deduce from PMB right now is that he's planning to go for more four years, and he's ready to play dirty politics to win another term going by the people he has intentionally put into strategic positions of the country with the aim of playing the right cards for him as the circumstances may required. But to me personally, PMB is losing the plot already especially mainstream media.

All in all, it's still early to say whether he will win again or not in my own opinion and extrapolation.
Romance / Re: Ladies, Can You Get Married To A Non Degree Holder? by Oluwadare: 9:05am On Oct 26, 2017
Fantastic topic to debate upon. But no matter how hard one side try to buttress their point(s) against the other, they can never win this argument because it's a matter of choice, and so far we don't reason in the same way, our view towards objects, situations or issues will always be different.

So many factors to consider when going into a marriage. And these factors are quite distinct from one individual to another. So I'd always respect any side anyone takes when it's come to a discussion like this.

Politics / Re: Kachikwu Submitted Letter To Buhari Only AFTER Media Leak by Oluwadare: 5:54pm On Oct 11, 2017
9jatriot:
One of the reasons I have politics.
There are 3 sets of people you cannot win in Nigeria.
Politicians, Police and Civil Servants.
Even if Kachukwu submitted that letter and he was given a stamped copy, they can arrange to steal that copy since most likely it will be with an aide (who most likely will be another civil servants) and then remove the receipt of the mail from their records, making him look foolish.
Go and ask Barth Nnagi what he faced.
Politics in Nigeria is not for technocrats. If you want to enter as a technocrat then you need a politician god father to protect your arse otherwise they will fry you.
It is the political blood of Saraki that has kept him from the burner today.
I really do like Kachukwu but he did not use a long spoon here in dinning with the devil. Who uses a table spoon in such matters, NNPC of all institutions where they are placing banana peels on your path to slide down.

Buhari has to look beyond Kachukwu naivety and protect him, the people after him want to get Kachukwu out of the way so that they can use the same NNPC to embarrass him, unfortunately even PMB is a naïve politician.
I know someone who understands Nigeria politics if I see one. This is Nigeria game of politics you just summed up in your written. But I only disagreed with you on Mr. President being a naive politician. I want to believe he's doing everything on purpose and intentional right from ab initio.
