try it again and it will give you the reason why it isn't updating or going through .just correct the issue and you are good to go. As you can see the owner of that app programmed that app to be installed on my phone memory which I don't want to do.

settings>about phone click reset your phone
*note that after reseting all your data i:e msgs, contacts saved on hotmail dat has nt been sync, downloaded apps, one note data, all docs and all other files on the phone will be deleted

8.1, the funny part is i can download conviniently before i got MC. Suddenly it just started this rubbish.

Please everyone, i can't download any apps for that matter. I've done everything i know yet futile is the case. Like Mr. Onatisi also advised i also changed my file location yet i still couldn't.

I downloaded a ringtone maker to my SD card but when I was updating it.it refused to move to the SD card and always stopped so just go yo settings and change where downloads should go .if it isn't going to SD card change it to phone memory or vice versa

I experience the samething when i'm on wifi also. Meanwhile, i've downloaded stuff properly both on mobile data and on wifi before without any hassle.
