@prettyblaz,

the SHRM is an international body or more definitely a US body of HR professional, the UK equivalent of CIPD, the certification is seriously sort after and surprisingly there are exam centers here in Lagos.

you would need to apply online for the student member ship and you would be sent an exam package. really you need to read all the stuff about it online and the application fee and exam fee differ per diet,

please visit www.shrm.org.

thanks

I STUDIED PSYCHOLOGY AND IT HAS BEEN DISCOVERED THROUGH EXPERIMENTS THAT A LOT OF ANGER ISSUE STEM FROM EITHER HEREDITY OR A PROPELLING FORCE THAT ALLOWS FOR THAT PARTICULAR BEHAVIOR TO BE EXHIBITED AND IT ALWAYS OCCURS IN A PARTICULAR SITUATION. SO TO CHANGE THE BEHAVIOR, PSYCHOLOGY HAD PREDICATED A CHANGE IN THE EVENT THAT PRODUCES THE BEHAVIOR

HOPE U'ALL UNDERSTAND

Nairaland GeneralRe: Share Your Most Embarassing Moments by oluyele(f): 1:13pm On Sep 26, 2007
@wham

Well, so you must know, i became friends with the four teachers that were ruling the school then (if u know what i mean). They taught me how to be bold, how to make friends, they defended me and u know, it was like hanging out with my brothers (i was sort of a tomboy growing up!)

It was kool after that cos i really rocked and some people labeled me a snob. Small price for fame!! wink smiley cool
TV/MoviesRe: Which Movies Made You Cry? by oluyele(f): 12:11pm On Sep 26, 2007
Hi, I guess you're right. Indian films have a way with the emotions. From the days of THE PROMISE to JUGNU to DHARAM AND VEER and the likes to the present day Indian movies like KAL HOO NA HOO KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI (abeg maka una go look for that film watch!!!).

The other films that has really made me wail was Hotel Rwanda, Sarafina, a film by Kevin Costner whose family was ripped apart in the depression days and horrible, horrible things were done to his children all in the name of due process!!!!!!!

Hmm, ahhhh THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST ETC. I watched this film once and i dare not try to watch it again or else!!!!!!!!!

i like old classics too like THE WOMAN OF SUBSTANCE, JANE EYRE,

I guess you could just call me an old cry cry baby who cannot bear to see an ugly scene in am movie!!!

Have fun. I like this posts!!!!! kiss wink

Nairaland GeneralRe: Share Your Most Embarassing Moments by oluyele(f): 3:48pm On Sep 20, 2007
Ehmmmmmmm, My most embarrassing moment was in high school. in my SS3 to be exact. i went to a private school where everybody was trying to feel like say their papa get money well well.

Nway, i was in my final year and i had a badddddd crush on this boy in SS2. I was in the boarding house and so during valentine, i decided to but him a gift (can't remember what?) and a card and i inscribed in it that i was a secret admirer. The D day came and i gave someone to give him.

Lo and behold the most obnoxious and annoying boy i have ever got to know, who happens to be the jester of the school (PLEASE!!!) brought the card to my face and disgraced me in the presence of my classmates and teachers, MEN!!!!!!!!!!! it was embarrassing!!!

Nway, i bounced back, became the most popular girl in school and the boy i had a crush on now then tried to get close to me (FOR WHERE!!!!!) u no fit embarrass me like that and waka MEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I learnt not to act secretly from then on oooo

WUt do u think about it?
