Let me try to help answer a few

1. There is a guide to that on this link, read through and you will see you could isolate in either places, it now depends on how comfortable you might be in a family friends house versus if you have funds for a hotel

2. Personally, I would say No, and the reason is that sometimes the accommodation you see online may not be the true picture of what you meet when you arrive, plus you might be dealing with a fraudster. I can advise that you check through and filter what you seem to like and can afford. Send an email and perhaps request you view before moving in, some rentals do social distance viewing and some virtually but I'd rather be there personally and look at everything myself, ensure they are working, the size of the room etc

3. Shared accommodation means you will share the common areas with other people and have your room to yourself, meaning you will share toilet, bathroom, kitchen , sitting room etc with others. I don't know what you mean by private but that could be studio and flats and it's the opposite. Again shared accommodation are usually cheaper so it's down to what your preference is and what you can afford.

4. Rent per calendar month (PCM) is cheaper than rent per week (PW). That's the terminology used in accommodation sites

5. It depends on distance to school, closeness to the next bus stop, or the city centre or work, the rents, what bills are included and/or left out. It really depends but my first concern will be distance.

6. I skipped one... I know of Zoopla and Right move, you have to fine-tune your search though to reflect Sunderland. Again remember, the pictures may or may not be what it is, however, I think most agents have their contact emails attached to the accommodation listing, so you can engage them directly. Please remember internet and fraudsters so thread cautiously

Unfortunately, I can't advise on Sunderland because I didn't school there.

I’m headed to Uni of Sunderland but the London campus. I booked an apartment using student dot com and I was able to inspect it while I was in London earlier in the year. Check to see if they have listings in Sunderland. I paid for two weeks for a start.

We know these are very uncertain times, so I wanted to tell you a little bit about what the University will be doing in September. We are planning to run our Autumn intake as planned; however we will be taking a Hybrid approach to learning. This means that some of your classes will be online and some of them will be in person. It's normal in preparation for CAS issuance; I guess that they are also trying to be prepared for when schools can resume traditional learning.
Yes, your mum can sponsor you so it's okay; no need to transfer to your account (parents and legal guardians are acceptable sponsors). Just print off your mum's bank statement (+ a letter of sponsorship from her) with the complete amount you require for the last and upload

1) the money is still in my moms account

2) do I use my moms account since she’s to sponsor my academics?

3) from what month to what month do I print?

4) do I transfer the money into my account and wait 28 days before I print to submit to them?

Cyprus is such a small beautiful place, yea North precisely have not been to the South , here everybody minds his business, the school officials are very friendly well they should, most of the natives doesn't hear English. Here if you miss your road, lol you're lost unless you'll look for a black to direct you.

Picture below is a spot we normally wait for school bus inside school, but on getting there yesterday being Sunday it was quite empty. that was when I rembered the bus moves every 2 hours on Sundays and maybe one left few minutes ago. So I have to wait for like 2 hours again for the next bus
