- u are to go there with ur International Passport (Valid) & a Passport Photograph,

My own suggestion,
if he recently finished his NYSC (like March 2020) then his NYSC would shows his work experience

- Most esp. His NYSC posting Letter showing he was accepted to where he worked for 1 year (his PPA - Place of Primary Assignment)
- NYSC discharge certificate
- PPA Recommendation letter (if any)
- NYSC ID card
- NYSC Call-up letter

In the IMM form when he gets to the place they asked for Job/Occupation , NYSC should be what he should write there

No he’s a university graduate and done Nysc

Currently, no work no business

No. 3 is one of the form u will download from CIC website and fill when u want to submit an Application U need the Latest Acrobat DC PDF reader for this

Is ur brother a Univ. Or Polytechnic graduate?
Has he done NYSC?
Is he engaged in any form of skilled work/trade?

Yes, it's okay. Having more funds than you require is to your advantage.

Note: If your funds don't go below the required funds at any point during the 28 day count prior to your online application submission, it doesn't matter if you add more funds.
But if the funds go below the required funds prior to adding more money / at any point during the 28-day count or if you are adding more money because your funds have already dropped below what you need, you'd need to start your 28-day count again from the point (the day after the new deposit) where you had the complete funds or more.

Well, whether that's Polaris Bank's Policy for Paying of Tuition overseas (I.e Seems POLARIS Bank requires a Degree Certificate bfor they can initiate a TUITION PAYMENT overseas)

A suggestion,
Try FCMB or Zenith if possible u av access to any of the banks , cos sometimes in March & May this year, a guy paid his tuition fee twice using FCMB , He went there with his Sponsor,
It was only his acceptance letter (having the Tuition fee details) , his international passport and some details from his sponsor they asked for

our challenge is the certificate part where they (Polaris bank)said they can’t process his payment because he doesn’t have his certificate that they don’t accept statement of result

Try make use of FORM A

Banks like FCMB, Zenith, Polaris, EcoBank and some other banks operates FORM A

Though ur school will need to send their bank details to u
E.g.
Beneficiary Address (the school address)

Bank Name (the schools bank name)

Bank Address

Swift Code

Sort Code

Financial institution number

Transit Number

Account Number & some other bank details (depending on the sch.)

Then ur brother will go with the sch. bank details, his Letter of Acceptance (Admission Letter ),a bank invoice stating the fees/required deposit (Most times the Tuition Deposit Details are always inside the Admission Letter), Valid International Passport and together with his Sponsor (Sponsor's Bank Account should be funded with the Required Deposit, Preferably more than the Required Deposit)

And there is a possibility the bank will require the Sponsor to write a Letter of Authority to Debit Account Number of So so Amount of USD $ or CAD $ ( the bank u will be using to pay the Tuition fee will guide u on that )

The payments takes like 1-5 working days before you get the debit/confirmation that the school fees has gotten to the sch. in Canada, the confirmation comes with a receipt called TELEX Receipt, it is that receipt u will send to ur school in Canada and they will send u a TUITION PAYMENT RECEIPT when the receive the TELEX RECEIPT

He went to the bank(Polaris) with the these documents you mentioned and they said the won’t process it for him that he needs to have his university certificate instead of statement of result. Thanks for your response �

For Form A transaction, banks need an invoice stating the fees/required deposit, admission letter, last obtained educational certificate, passport, receiving school's bank details, account funded with the equivalent required amount in Naira.
