yarimo:NNPC Ltd is right on point, the essence of their staff at the refinery is to validate the crude oil supplies (Fiscalization) and the custody transfer mechanism. In addition, by the provision of the PIA, 2021 and the presidential directive issue by PBAT, that cede regulatory oversight of crude oil terminal operation to NUPRC, the NMDPRA and NURPC are all expected to be stationed at Dangote refinery. |

Conversely, irrespective of the price of PMS the demand is steadfast. Hence, the instrument of state is needed for consumer protection! |
