laws and reality are two different things. I have worked for multinationals based in USA and Canada. And can tell you regardless of the laws in place human bias/discrimination cannot be eradicated. There are jobs where an internal candidate has been chosen but they put the advert out there to waste the time of over 20 other people so as to met legal or company requirements. Can u prove it in court as one of those candidates? 😂
