I have led teams, projects, both in Nigeria, across sub Sarah africa and the US… I have managed teams with people old enough to be my uncles and aunties. I am speaking with experience and not just emotional sentiments.
Information management to the public is a very important skill leaders should have. Not everything is public apologies. That public apology may cost you more harm than good… there are times you use public apologies but use it wisely…

I mean it is a crime to leak a video without the permission of those in the video. In the case that a criminal charge is filed because of a leak, the authorities will come down hard on those who leaked it, where possible. That is the case in the West. However, if a video is leaked and no one comes forward to file a charge against the leaker, everyone moves on with their lives because people also have the freedom to leak whatever they want to the internet so long as it is not in the face of those who do not care for it.

When sex tape gets leaked, everyone go crazy and judgemental. Many people will want to have a view of those involved and even enjoy the video.. nobody gives a fvk how those involved will feel or the trauma they go through post incidence…
