i do not think that bankers dress loosely just to seduce prospective clients. many of the ladies in the bank are more into oppressing themselves by trying to be the superior fashionista. it is very hard to see seductive dressing in sterling bank (alata bankers). skye bank ladies are conservative.

If corruption was to carry the death penalty then Nigeria would shrink to the size of Mauritania very quickly!! the solution should be mobile corruption courts and serious penalties so as to eliminate the serious bottle necks that are hampering the the cases and making them long winded and costly.

Female bankers in Nigeria are the best thing that ever happened to a guy. I visited Naija last year summer, and i walked into a branch of a Nigerian bank to open a domiciliary account. I met with the Head of the Customer Service, she was 37 and hot, two days later she was at my house, in my bed, it was absolutely fantastic. Didn't know Naija babes where like that, she didn't want any money, time or emotions. She just simply wanted to have fun, it was great. I have to admit i'm use to other girls being like that but i never expected that from a naija babe,  I LOVED IT. I hope they will all be like that some day.

Corruption has eaten deep into the soul of Nigeria. From the Boss to the security guard. The only way to rid of it is to improve the standard of living and free the media to report any and everything(this works in the UK). Sentence to death will not stop corruption, it will only make it smarter and untraceable. People first of all need to be happy and satisfied before they can turn down a bribe. The rich people in Nigeria are under so much pressure to represent always and take care of their family(nuclear and extended, even the in-laws) and this does drive them to be corrupt. But i believe that if those family members are happy and satisfied they will hold themselves and have some sense of pride. Its only in Nigeria that a rich member of a family is expected to carry the whole family generation oh his shoulder(what rubbish) as if he was their Santa clause.

There is corruption everywhere in the world, its human nature to be creative and opportunistic.

Funny how there is always a scapegoat/fall guy for every shady deal in Nigeria.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has formally entered a 16-count criminal charge against the embattled former speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole, before a Federal High Court in Abuja.

The prosecuting counsel, Mr Festus Keyamo, is currently perfecting the filing processes at the High Court registry, with a view to getting the Chief Judge, Justice Ibrahim Auta, to promptly assign the case-file to any available trial Judge.

Surprisingly, none of the 16-count charge preferred against him, related to either the controversial N10 billion loan saga or the previous N2.3 billion car scandal that rocked the 6th session of the House of Representatives.

For instance, Count 1 reads, “that you Dimeji Bankole and others now at large on or about 28th of May, 2008, within the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court, being body of principal officers of the House of Representatives responsible for the approval of contracts in the House of Representatives, with intent to defraud, did conspire amongst yourselves to inflate the cost of 400 units of 40-inch Samsung (LNS.341) television sets by approving the purchase of the said item at the rate of N523,000.0 per unit, instead of the prevailing market price of N295, 000.00 and thereby committed , offence contrary to section 58(4) (a) of the Public Procurement Act No. 14 of 2007 and punishable under section 58(5) of the same Act”.

If the EFCC succeed in its bid to get the case promptly assigned, it will afford the commission the opportunity to properly arraign the ex-speaker tomorrow.
