you can buy stock but i prefer to make my own. Its basically the broth(liquid) from steaming your meat/fish.

You are very lucky then to have never had to cook

I must confess that most all my stews burn and what I do is add water or add more oil but it continues to burn Stock contains water , what is wrong with adding water directly ?? why meat/chicken stock??

I dont think there is anything wrong with adding water to the stew, i know some women who when they cook stew prefer adding water instead of stock. when im blending my tomato and fresh pepper i add water to it.

We had a Great Pyrenees she died 2.5years ago, i was away at uni and my mom called she told me she found crystal dead in the backyard 2 weeks after she had sugery. i wept for that dog for days me and my mother would stay on the phone crying for her. i still miss her. Funny thing is I'm scared of dogs, but whenever i came around her i just knew she wouldnt hurt me.
We took special care of our dog, she had regular doctor appointment, baths, eat good food, had a nice doggie house, we gave her our last name also I dont think its much to do these kinds of things for your pet. When you get them they become part of your family. you should be taking proper care of them.

and that reminds me of a day my sis cooked soup for us some years ago. She had 'cold'. SHe cooked the soup; we enjoyed it very well, licked the plate (hyperbole) and thanked her.
some mins later;Uncounciously, she revealed her cattarh was in the soup but there was nothin she could 've done 4 us. GAWD

Im sorry but thats just wrong, and watched you guys eat it too, she for don tell una before una eat. I mean i drop meat on the floor when i am cooking i dont put it back in the pot i throw it away.

The worst i've seen was a long piece of hair that was on a suya, i was taking a bite and saw something that looked like a string, but it was hair, i stopped eating the meat and never went back to the place again.
