Shehu Garba has been quoted in Naij.com that Buhari was mistreated during the Waec certificate saga by the Army under Gej. The army had claimed that Buhari has no WAEC records in his file with them. That is what Sheu himself claimed that the army said. The issue is has the army changed the statement since then? If no, dies Sheu wants the army to cover up the certificate saga by saying otherwise?
