If truly Buhari has the certificate and is missing truly, the law permits him to go for a certified True Copy ( CTC) .Therefore this new TACTICS of cover-up is an old style and won't work. The truth is that Buhari has in his records with the military a letter written by his then school principal requesting that Buhari be allowed to do the military interview at point of entry claiming that he, Buhari is sure to pass WAEC.
