You know why, the state of New York NEVER indicted him; probably state of New York did not and still do not have a proof to indict him he was arrested, and granted bail just like everyone else. Since Sahara reporters are "INVESTIGATING", they should have provided us with the court where he was charged along with the case # or docket #, at least that will be "Investigative" reporting. If he was charged and found not guilty, it could have been expunged from records.
