I have lived in three different cities and I know how this thing works.
I have been fortunate to live on the good sides with better electricity supply
and just 5 minutes drive away and you will enter the dark zone where people
have had no electricity for years.
I can come online and boast about the good electricity but it would be selfish
and inconsiderate thing to do because a majority of my fellows are not that
fortunate.
