Hello Nairanlanders, I'm not a fresher on this platform but majorly a reader. I've been following and concern of this china and Africa relations. there is no doubt that china is doing great to African countries and these have being show casing via their media. I've always said this and I will say it here again that, Its high time for Africa to have a BIG media house like that of CNN, BBC, AL-Jazeera, CCTV e.t.c. However, CCTV have been inviting African Leaders to dialogue on China-Africa relationships and most have said its EQUAL which I beg to disagree. It is not a deniable fact that all these invitees will never say otherwise of the relationship but only the benefits. Hence, I believe there should be a platform where this relationship should be un-biased analyze. Finally, is China a good substitute to America?. Your views are necessary here probably this can go along way and a good effect on the new development?

Because i also studied political science and have a good grade in the most prestigious and the best state university in Nigeria ..LASU. No doubt, surely you will enjoy the course. i wish you well.

YES!, its not a disputable fact that mode of communication is important but not as vital as the message. Just as the OP said, this is not an english class what matter most is the understanding of the message........ The piece could be full of grammatical error but the message passed is so worthy. And I think it fit to be in front page.

........... OBJ personal life is less or no more concerns by Nigerians but our present administration. OBJ has been and not the present head of Nigeria administration so what Nigerians are after is the way-forward of the country which GEJ is the most questionable person to it. It is advisable for mr president to issue a counter paper if he alleged of was not true or better still, conceive it and start filling his port holes.
It is however important at this juncture, to hint Nigerians not to get carried away by all this rhetoric published by OBJ's family. Its their family problem and not anymore Nigeria's problem. Some of Nigeria problems are evident ranging from corruption, insecurity, unemployment e.t.c.
Finally, Nigerians should not desist from continue to pressurise the the present administration for a much better service. I summit.

Every woman deserves to have an engagement ring. If he can't afford it, he shouldn't be thinking of marriage in the first place.

Sweetheart, my advice to you is, call it off and tell him you want a ring & if he won't give you one, go find another man who will have enough love and respect for you to give you one.

Him not having a ring is NOT a good sign. Just think of all the other things he will disregard once you guys are married. RUN while you can!

Invariably, what you are saying is that, even if the guy has no ring he has no love and respect for her. Well that's your perception but your advice for the lady is irrational, I no you will never accept the blames if she fall into a fake guy with ring......

I was initially posted to bayelsa buh re deployed to ogun. Now a registered ogun corp member posted to a govt scul, iwoye area community high scul at ilaro and furthered did a registration at teaching service commission. My area of confusion is dat ... I heard tescomm will pay 55k at d end of service , nd d question will I benefit from dis and if I'm opportune to b a benefactor aw will it get to me sins we dint leave any acct nbr at the tescomm.

Am writing this with an intent of giving thanks to Almighty God..... Despite my observation of massive rejection of corpers since my first day (redeployed from bayelsa) in ogun state but still stood firm with the kind of person I am ( an optimist) that by God grace I will not face such challenge. However, I got my ppa letter on friday and went ahead to the place( holy child
comprehensive private school, ilaro, yewa south) it was so amazing that I got my acceptance letter cum clearance leta immediately. Alhamdulilah

Am new here in ogun state, jst relocated from bayelsa. With just a day visit to the secretariat at oke ilewo,I observed ogun corps member are facing one challenge which is rejection. PasNet: I took my time to carefully read through this story and came up with these conclusion.

1.MFM was wrong to have "molested" the crew of the SR crew if the claim is true
I concur
2.MFM was right to stop the SR crew from going beyond the set perimeter: it is their premises and so have the right to restrict movements at certain jurisdiction
the question is, should there be perimeter in where we called HOUSE OF GOD if there is no red tape under the black tape.
3. MFM was wrong to have allowed the SR crew into their premises without accreditation, since it is in their normal protocol to accredit all media crew, if they had mandated it,I'm sure this will not happen.
I observed there shld no any mode of screening in the HOUSE OF GOD
4. MFM was right to have called for a peace talk after the whole incidence, although SR crew and the boss turned it down.

Now my questions:
1. What will be the gain/benefit derived if SR successfully deform or tarnish the image of the church?

2. If SR organises an event or a public show,will it not place strict measures to ensure a smoothly run program?

3.Is SR the only media outfit at the event, so much so that they will be singled out for harassment and molestation? Or is their something SR is not telling us?

4. If SR is not the only media outfit at the event,what did SR do that the other media outfits did not do which would have warranted the claim by SR (there can't be a smoke without a fire)

I'm not an MFM member and not even close to it,but going by this story, I feel SR is just trying to make up a story so they can be heard. I'v had experience with this media people and I really don't like the way they paint some of their stories. Just my opinion
