1). Why the 330/$ for refund, I'm curious to know how u arrived at dat figure mathematically.

2). Why the extra 10/$ if the purchase is going to be made again? What charges is it supposed to cover?

3). Why are you both focusing on the naira per dollar amount? He credited you 49,500 right, if the deal failed, you would refund amount credited right? If any charges are to b deducted, I woul assume it would be inter bank charges and maybe sms alert charges? And if diamond bank is what you use, then vat on d sms charge and maybe the vat on the vat.

For now, these are d questions I get....oh yes and:

4). you say the guy dey try show say him smart pass, how? Cos I no see am, but den I could be pretty dense@times, so biko pardon ma denseness and u pls help me ansa these questions.

God bless you my dear...same thing i told him,he has my money with him thats why his giving options that best suits him.i once had a deal with Balogumsam and there was a refund, next day he refund and he chose naira,also with a guy called Nnoso here and he told me to wait for my money or purchase something else and i choose anoda purchase and non told me it was detrimental 2 deir account becox (its on ebay's policy that sellers hv right to cancel any deal and he knows)

Dear Durosure,

If purchasing new stuff for your client won't lead to additional charges, I think it's the most honorable thing to do.
Refunding at 330 isn't fair. Your client isn't the reason why seller refused to sell and did a refund.

Thank you very much boss...i mistook his original intention which was to do any other purchase with th funds with what i owe him before which was $14 but he dint use the word "owe".

Thanks for your concern and I still maintain my option 1-3.. which buying for him again is out of it... So 2 options left... I don't take what is not mine nor tolerate lies .. he called me on phone to pay him naira and I replied him via WhatsApp with available options.. I could have purchase an item for him without requesting a dime but he bliv say he's smart and am ready for his worst because when I made almost 10k lose on one of his transaction I begged him to let me opt for refund he said no that's my mistake and I should welcome the loss..

Thats a very big lie...from the day you confirmed refund to ur acct,we've neva spoken on fone except chat.remember you said u got the confirmation 1am,soo wen then did i call u??,the moment i saw ur msg i responded with a chat not call!(you can screen shot ur call log n the chat dat confirmed the refunds)
When you used a different card and incurred 5k loss,i offered 2 pay bit from it frm subsequent transactions(dat was y i paid 49500 instead of 49073) and he even asked me not to bother the seller again as ebay cud block my acct 4 fraud(if am lying he shud provide screen shot 2 back his claims)

I will comment here because I don't like seeing an injustice been melted on anyone. Durosure, please are you a stealing person because I can't figure out the meaning of option 2 and 3? I bet this guy also saw your competitors before coming to you for reasons best known to him and instead of you to appreciate that, you are giving him options because the money is in your possession. How many options did the guy give you before making payment. Were you charged any money by PayPal for refunding to you. I simply cannot understand something here or is there something in your mind you are not releasing? You know fit shout because is this guy, there are some people you will try that rubbish on, you would be looking for shout but you won't see any. Try and handle this guy's issue amicably and professionally, leave those words of yours by the side as it would not help at all.

@omoskenso, you are even lucky the guy accepted receiving the refund as some people will deny ever receiving the refund.

To all, leave this PayPal thing if you are not sure of getting your money back from your seller when the hammer strikes. "O mere n' uzu o ga-eme n'onwa"(if it didn't happen today, it will happen tomorrow). Look for another website and buy from there with your card. Shikina.

I employed the services of an E-currency seller "Durosure" for eBay checkout of $129.14 and we settled 380/$.deal went fast n smooth(very commendable) but i got a rude shock the next day when i logged in into my account that the seller issued a full refund based on the device was faulty(which is beyound my control as sellers has right to). I called him that evening to let him no and he say he would check and he later confirmed but said it would take 7 days for the money to reflect in his account as against what i know.early yestaday morning he msg me that the money has arrived and i sent him my account details only for him to say if he must refund it,it would be at the rate of 330/$ as against our initial 380/$ and up till now he refused to send me money.please oooh am i the 1 missing something here or what because if his 330/$ stands it means i would loss #7000.

Very interesting. I will be shocked if this turns out to be fake. I must admit that I am not knowledgeable about iphones. I have called the seller who I bought it from but he told me it was sent to him from the UK. The twist is that he has given me an option. Says he is expecting more phones latest next week and will swap this for me. Says if I still do not like the new one then he will refund my money in full to me. My puzzle is that why will he offer to refund my money to me when he could jus run away with it.
