MY DEAR, YOU CAN'T AVIOD IN-LAW'S PROBLEM AT ALL ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY START THEIR WHAAA HAAA LAAA. My advice to you is to marry but study them very well in order to know their character from the moment you move in. Don't ever rely on any of them until you are able to witstand them at same time know you bundries. Don't laugh with them too mush so not to invite insult sooner than you might think. Most of all give everyone their due respect and pls don't tell them your top secrets it will only back fire on you. Speaking for myself, i did my best for both my Mother and Sister-in-law but all they did was to repay me with evil. I've learnted my lesson so I don't allow any member of my in-law's into my house any more. It's my hubby that go to visit them once a while. Which is good for me. ![]() |
NAA WHAAA OOOO. Tell me, how can a small boy be your next of kin? You met and married your wife before your Son and I belief your wife is the closes person to you. Can your Son who does'nt even know his wright or wronge explain your situation to your DOCTOR, LAWYER, BUSINESS partners e.t.c if the worse happen to you? God forbid such thing. So pls think well, at least let him become an adult first before next level. Men!!! someone made a comment above that women are dangerous, pls ignor that person because women who love thier hubby does not think as such as long the hubby shows her that she's loved as well. What kind of woman will want to dupe her own hubby afther bearing a child for him. pls |
Good mother-in-laws are hard to find, if you have understanding mother-in-law lucky you. I have expirenced a MIL compiting with her daugther-in-law at same time looking for ways to seperate both couples with all determination. The worse part was her son listerning to every thing she says. She crys every time his around and complaining of what should and should'nt be done with the children and house work. SOME MOTHER-IN-LAW ARE JUST PAIN IN THE NECK NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY TO PLEASE THEM, it is better to study them and their entire family first before setling down with their SON, BROTHER OR UNCLE. |

HI YEMIYEMI. Want to use a plot but I do not have the document with me to tell you more right now due to waitting for the Architectural design. It is 2 full size Land that I have but will be using only one as of now and yes the land will be fenced along as the building developes. It's going to be a 6 bedroom bungalow I'm trying to build since building flats are more costly. It will be nice if you can just tell me the rough extimation of what the foundation will cost and materials needed to commence work. Thanks |
Hi babamoha/mohammed. I need you to teld me prices for sharp sand e.t.c because am in the middle of starting my Foundation for 1 plot of Land. Give me a reasonable quote since I've got other quotes. Anyway where is your business loaction. Thanks |

I will also say not very far to Bardagry which i believe is out off Lagos. Please do you know latest quotes for building materials? also what is the charges of Omo onile when they come round e.g for foundation, fencing, roofing and decking. What is the estimation for completing just a bungalow. thanks |
Hello Everyone. Please can anybody advice me on what type of Hard Wood is the best for Roofing and the current price it's being sold in ARADAGUN Town towards BADAGRY? Including price range for Aluminium Roofing? And what amount will I have to pay the workers to complete the job? Also I wouldn't mind advice on next stage i.e. internal and external work such as windows, doors, plastering the wall and so on. Thank You. |
