until your people start moving out to explore hidden opportunities in other region that is when you will understand d meaning of growth...
You people even find it difficult to renovate brown roof historical buildings,not to talk of building new ones or even duplex or mansion...
it is only d few mega rich among you that built nice houses...
but come to d southwast,you will see mansions,duplex and cattle clustered in and around every nook and corners even in d rural areas....

If you go to aba 40% of d tailors there are Yoruba's...
If you go to Nnewi ,most of d automobile engineers and factory workers there are Yoruba's..
if you come to Onitsha,most pharmaceutical and drug merchants there are Yorubas...
they are just surplus at Enugu...
And know this ,most igbos don't like salary jobs,they prefer business,where they can decide their profit and take home..
they migrate to places just to cover up d environment in terms of buying and selling...
d business competition in d SE is high and people moves out to conquer other territory in other region...so my friend..,that is d reason you see Igbo's everywhere including d north,south,west and other country..
