I got my AIP in August but no update since. Please can I do?

Yes!!!!! Absolutely. Raise a webform and send a csi (case specific inquiry) to the consulate responsible for your application.

Well it's almost getting to the point where you Need to understand the status of your application. Most people that applied in January already got some sort of response. I also applied January and I have been approved.

I have applied since first week in January 2019(biometric done) but no response since then. Do I need to write and request for the status of my application? School is in September though.

*Submission of Application - 12th February
*Biometric request - 13th February
*Upfront Medicals - 20th February
* Biometrics - 21st February
* Medical request - 7th March (I already submitted my application before going for medicals which delayed the process a bit) I advice all documents be submitted at once or better still, wait until it’s requested.
* Medical Passed - 19th March
*Validity of biometrics - 22nd March
*Application approval - 24th March

Application processed in Nairobi, Kenya.

I don't know if I should be bothered yet because I have not heard anything from CIC since January.
