Lekan2348: 1. The passport number is written on it. But that does not matter. What is important is that your name is boldly written on the insurance certificate. Passport number is not what makes a travel insurance legally binding and I’m sure visa officials know this. Plus there are online databases to check the validity of travel insurance through the policy number which they can use to verify too.
2. I usually buy I online directly. Even though I believe Axa is a useless insurance company because of my experience with them and their claims process. I bought this last one because it was a weekend that I applied for my Schengen visa and had no time to wait because the next available date was the Monday for appointment. Hello lekan But you said u bought it from Lagos in ur chat above 33k for 4weeks, you said is worldwide insurance that is what I want to buy |

whiteMandingo: so could someone clarify for me..
1. is it a must that one must enter the schengen area tru the country 1 applied to? ( note i didnt say i wud be going to other schengen countries in my application , but plans hv changed and am considering touching 2 or 3 other countries}
2. i was given a single entry 30 days visa- france (2wks max stay), does this single entry apply to other schengen countries i may choose to enter -- if i decide to explore other countries during my trip.
3. does this 2wks maximum stay also apply to other schengen countries i may choose to visit? @ white Mandingo 1) No not a must 2) single entry means you use the visa once to enter Schengen country 3) The two weeks permit you to stay in all Schengen area,if you like you can visit four Schengen countries in a day,if you have the energy and money you can visit all the 26 countries in the Schengen area within the two weeks.is not an offence to visit all Schengen countries in a trip. Please which insurance company did you use to get ur visa,and please help me send there contact phone number |

Lekan2348: I did worldwide insurance from Axa. That is what I get whenever I travel anywhere. Worldwide insurance will cover Schengen too. Plus I’m going to non Schengen countries during my trip.
I usually get it from Axa in Lagos. Paid 33k for a 4 week coverage. @ lekan thanks for your response 1) Is ur passport number written on the insurance certificate issue to you? 2) Please help me send there contact phone number,I want to purchase insurance |

excusem: This is AXA, the French insurance giant. You’re insuring directly with them. Their Nigerian subsidiary is called AXA Mansard, and is a member of the AXA group. That’s the one most people uses. Both should be valid. https://corporate.axamansard.com/our-profile/ @ xcusemesir Please how can I buy there coute,or I will call there customer service to buy the insurance? 2) can we make payments for theer insurance with Naira? |

BruceXavier: Typically there should be a letter of introduction from your company addressed to the embassy, signed by your HR and or MD, stating your name, job title, years of service, etc. They would equally state the days of leave approved for you and their responsibilty in sponsoring your airfare. They can choose to disclose the reason for sponsoring your trip. Hello house Please what of we that we are a BUSINESSMAN do we also need to write a letters of introduction and also state that we give urself leave from work? |

whiteMandingo: Dont know about Schengen..but UK focuses more on income and. Cashflow that bulk money in account. Like you earn 200k monthly...and have 15m in your account, and intend to spend 4m on a 7 days vacation trip. The uk people wud look at it that you want to spend almost 1yrs wages on a 7 days trip....the 15m you have in your acct is largely irrelevant to them....and chances of denial is very high I Please the guidance I requested for is sche ngen visa not u k,let someone with Schengen experience guide me. |
