Hello house, I read and followed this thread quietly for a tourist SA visa for a family of 5.

VFS Appointment and submission: 13th June, 2025
June 20th, got email that applications had been processed and in transit back to VFS for passport delivery.
June 24th, received back passports with sticker visas.

I have waited for 10years before making the sixth application, is just that u k entrance clearance officer were heartless because they don't challenge there decision

Hello good people of the house Cashmadam Davodyguy and Gurus,I need contributions

My 6th application was just refused with the following reasons

1) eco said I have not travel since my last denied, meanwhile I travel to Ghana by flight in February this year

2) the eco said 1300pounce will not be sufficient for 7days visit

3) the eco said my monthly income of 1million and fifty thousand naira is too low for me to travel to u.k

4) the eco said am travel alone living my three children behind is a sign of overstay in u.k

5).the eco stated all previous reasons and use them to refused the fresh application after I have clerified all this reasons in the letter I submitted.

Pls house, I need a lawyer to fille ppp for me this is weekend act of u k entrance clearance officer, but I have sent email to home office complain,requesting for reconsideration of application,yet I need a u.k lawyer to handle it.
Anybody with contact of uk immigration lawyer can assist with contact email.

Hello to everyone

I had a 6 months uk visa from last year, I used it once and it expired in January 2025

I decided to apply for 2 years

Biometrics - Mon 23rd
Vfs email passport ready - Friday 27th

I didn’t receive any refusal email from ukvi so far

But my worry is why so fast? I have never seen this kind of timeline before just 4 days to decision, I didn’t pay for any sort of piority just normal application. I m kinda nervous. I’ll pick up by Monday. Pls does anyone have an idea why decision so fast even tho I didn’t pay for Piority fast track,

Biometrics was done at Ikeja Lagos.

I did my biometric at ikeja since June 17th 2025 up till now on tracking it says my application is still awaiting decision,is like this things is not done on first come, first serve

Try to use an immigration lawyer in the uk to help with your processing.

I got a refusal overturned after consistent 3 visa denials and previous appeal handled by a lawyer in naija.

Where did you apply because it is very fast because with the cloud I saw in ikeja last week that I went for my biometry I couldn't believe to be ready in 5 working days

So like i said earlier,I always use my PERSONAL SALARY ACCOUNT with 8M plus balance and BUSINESS ACCOUNT with 75M

Doesn't matter , Your monthly income doesn't affect that because it is what you declare to FIRS that determine your VAT. whatever you pay is good. have been doing 14k for over a year now!

The main point is you are paying your tax and you have receipt for it.

2) pls approximatly how much is ur account closing balance that you use to apply?

because a person was refused here because his closing balance is greater than 6months disposable income,and eco said is not satisfied with financial circumstances

i think the amount you pay does not matter, just show receipt that you pay your TAX.

Federal inland revenue service issues my Tax certificate and they said I should be paying #5000 for vat on monthly bases,they said am a small business. I Hope this Small money for vat will not cause red flag if they confirm ? . It was stated in my Tax certificate that I will be paying my Tax every monthly.

This document is exactly original but,it could be that the staff that issue it forgot to input it to n.p.c database,see what you will do, approach n.p.c staff that issued this document for you, explain everything to him or her,tell him/her to give you a letter and state that the mistake is from them with there contact phone number, you will then mail this letter to uk complain email for them to overturn this decision.

Let me see the list of documents you submitted for this application.

1) for 3 of us we wrote we budgeted 2100 pounds but expenses will only consume 1850

2) I wrote the budget breakdown in the cover letter instead as follows:
Flight for me and my children: 1300 pounds
Living expenses for me and my kids: 250 pounds
Sightseeing and fun activities: 200 pounds
Miscellaneous: 100 pounds
Accommodation covered my sister we visiting
Total expenses: 1850
Total budget: 2100

3) I submitted his data page too

4)I stated that my income from my business is average of 350k monthly. This fluctuates as a business owner. Could be more in some months or less.
Support from hubby 150k monthly
Expenditure is 350k monthly

2) we have never travelled. This is our first time application

3) my business was registered with CAC two months before I applied. Which I submitted alongside screenshots of my instagram business page, my business listing via google search, transactions, customers orders online, goods purchase receipts
