Yes, assuming you and your wife don't plan to spend extravagantly. You can budget an amount between 1,500 and 2,000 GBP for you and your wife, which is still conservative for two people since I budgeted just 1,200 GBP for myself and was granted. Look for a cheap round-trip flight for two people and try to keep costs minimal for the both of you, then if your visa is granted, you can choose to spend more. It's best to be as conservative as possible with your budget to maximize your chances of being granted the visa.

After you complete the application form and pay, there's an option to save the completed application form, which you can upload as one of your supporting documents.

You can upload a completed copy of your Visa Application Form under 'Proof of Application', then a copy of your passport's biodata page under 'Other'. Please just ensure all documents which will help support your case are uploaded, so UKVI doesn't have to contact you for additional documents/information, or even worse reject your application for missing documentation/information.

My visa was denied yesterday, because of CAC is inactive, and do they normally check the tax payment, like exactly amount .

my CAC was active when I submitted the application, I don’t know why it was inactive, but I’ve corrected it today, and is active now, is only that I don’t know UK embassy normally check TAX return payment

Thank God, we did it in the end! I truly appreciate Providus Bank for standing by me during this challenging time and thanks to you all.

Yes, I initially received a 10-year ban due to a mistake by the embassy, where they wrongly flagged my document as false. However, Providus Bank stepped in, verified my details, and confirmed that I am their customer with a legitimate bank statement. Their intervention helped set things right.

My Visa Journey:
• Biometric Submission: 10th December 2024
• Further Document Verification Request: 10th January 2025
• Rejection & 10-Year Ban Notification: 29th January 2025
• Passport Collection Notification: 5th February 2025

Upon receiving my passport, I noticed two visas one was canceled with a red pen (likely when the ban was issued), and after my bank intervened, a new visa was granted.

All thanks to God and a big thank you to Providus Bank for their support!

If vsf service charge is 155343.00 naira that is too much,but TLS contract don't collect this type of money . You do ur downloading according to check list and use one account in other not to convince them, double account can cause problem.

There is something I don't understand about ur budget how come you arive at total of £1300 . When ur hotel took £350, tickets to arsenal £145, feeding £200, total of this £695-£ 1300= £605,so how come will £605 be enough for flights and transportation/entertainment,pls throw more light to it

1: Yes, I entered all the previous refusal, I know they like it when you come clean with them, they can see all your previous refusals on their data, the date and time is on your profile, I think when they enter your name and DOB it will match with all your applications if any, and they can see the reasons for refusal and the documents you may have submitted, though all the reasons were same, I noted each refusal on the online form.
They never pointed out my previous refusal, I made sure I gave a concrete explanation for all the previous refusals.
I was interviewed in British Lagos Consulate when I was 18 and I wrote all the questions the British guy asked me and the answers I gave him and the name of the white guy who interviewed me too, I looked his ID, I also detailed everything in the embassy, the office I entered and the glass window and the camera that I looked.
So they knew this person came well for them…
I even told them to go play their CCTV at that very date, they will see my young self entering their embassy.. haha
While it may be more tight for him, he just needs to explain it, and make sure there is a continues trend from that life till now.
Don’t just go bring a new fresh thing to them, some may not buy it. Let them see how far you have come from that year till now, so they can track your personal growth, I think that’s one thing I really knocked on.
So when I was refused first, I was very disappointed and that made me write them, I can’t have this honest life and you tell me I can’t visit the UK, no way.
If I was an English with my job and small money saved I’m not sure you can deny me a visa, so why cuz I’m Nigerian. Omo I gave them hot in my letter, though they didn’t faze much but I think it made them seat up for my second application.
2: I did not make any reservation for airline, I only put the amount intended for flights and the airline name.
3: My income is roughly a Million. N967k
My expenses is about N290k
4: My budget for the 7 days I will be there, I think food was about 350k and transport about 500k

Food
Hotel
Transport(cab)
Ticket to Arsenal Game
Tickets for Tourism

I didn’t buy the ticket, I just put the amount for it and total it all.
That was all.

Always make sure not to budget more than 3 months your salary. Anyhow you do it, make sure you don’t get over this and also make sure the proposed amount reflect the events you going to do, maybe if you have family there it could be more cheaper.
In all that you do, avoid credits into your account that are not salary, infact make sure no credit near that account except salary or what you may.
The money they see N500 credit. Omo their hair go just stand for hand. I don’t know why but I had my own share, they said N12,000 and N2000 was not my salary. Lol
So avoid it.

I DON’T KNOW IF YOU BELIEVE IN GOD, BUT TAKE IT FROM ME, DO YOUR BEST AND PRAY.
My first application is November was a blunder, they went to mix my application with someone else information, all the reason for refusal was not related to me, I was angry but it was my breakthrough, Omo I settle down and used it against them, even the Entry Clearance Manager had to email me and review it and asked me to apply again, though it didn’t make them give me but I think it was an avenue for me to tight my bolt and nots.

This is my first UK visa and I chop lot of rejection, so I know it could be hard if you don’t have a good profile, a lot of them here said from their experience, it may be impossible to get a visa with your status, I was expecting you as a self acclaimed “genuine tourist” to look elsewhere for now.
I don’t know but where do you get an hotel of your £128/7days? That’s about £18 per night.
Mine was about £50 per night and the hotel was average 3 star, so except you going to a village in the UK, I don’t know how that will pass.
This feeding and transportation budget is low, I think @davodyguy was in the UK recently and he recounted how expensive the city is, if you going for touring and visiting places, even that amount won’t take you round in Lagos Bolt, if I’m factual.
I even spent more in Kenya than that budget you put up.
I know you trying to make it fit into your disposable income but the maths don’t lie, does it reflect a true tourist? No it doesn’t.
There are beautiful countries like South Africa and Doha you can have your vacation, don’t let this Brits take your $155 and add to Manchester United new stadium renovation lol.
But if you want to go ahead then that’s your decision.
You can try it and see the outcome, if it’s refused you can also learn and adjust, if it’s granted then Hurray.

Is been 10years ago that I apply for u.k,hat was in 2015,I almost got the visa ,if not that the bank made mistake when u k officer call them to confirm my account,and they said my account was not tally with there record ,that was the reason I was refused then,I am now tiding my account till June I will apply

I can I apply for u.k visa in 100times until God's divine intervention comes in, the hotel I saw in booking.com is hostel and is £128 for 7night,I increase the transport/ attraction to £250 the total will be £1243, hope is fine

Hahaha, it’s not as it seems, I have a lot of travel history and that’s why I felt entitled about the visa, on top that they still denied me and luckily it was their mistake I used to enter them and wrote the Home Office, My testimony came with a brutal refusal also and I think from what they told you, you needed a tight profile and from their observation, your personal and financial circumstances cannot do the trick..
You try to change course from business visa or do visit shows you are been blown around in the winds of thoughts and don’t go gift them free $155. Cuz they will gladly take it.
Listen to what they have told you, brush up your financial, this is the way those Visa Officer think, you have not been to the UK before, I don’t know if you have travelled extensively but saying you going to the UK for 3 days, they will just laugh.
That alone they will just put “you can’t spend this amount on a short trip” that’s all.
It’s good to be determined, but check your circumstances well and give it time, you can order small or send someone you know to go check the office, those are all means to avoid this 3 day trip. That’s how they think.
But if you are convinced you want to then proceed, nobody is stopping you, they are only using their experience to guard you, that’s all.

Because of what you say about 3days trips I have stopped it and decide to go for a week holiday, actually my last refusal was 10years ago and the reason was account irregularity,now I am tiding my account so that I can reapply this year,but two things have changed in my application record

(1) my job
2) I married new wife

My job change from salary eaner of 200k to a business man of monthly income of 1m naira

2) I married new wife and I want to use these new wife and her children for family tie,

What I need is how can I do 7days holiday budget that will not exceed my 3months disposable income of 700k

You can either listen to someone who has (successfully) applied for visas from several countries OR you can proceed with your application.

If you've not travelled out of Nigeria before, disvirgin your passport with SA, Kenya, Rwanda or Tanzania. Then try France(the easiest route to Europe) alternatively, try Qatar or Oman.

After any of the above options, come back to try UK.

If you want to waste your money that would better serve you and the innocent wives you have and your kids, then ignore UK. But if you have money to waste, continue on this mission.

You also need to be convincing that you're needed physically in the conference, otherwise virtual participation is an option to save you over a £1000 pounds.

Total budget is not the issue. Do you have the income to support this expense?

From what you stated, your monthly disposable income is N700,000. In one year, the assumption is that you have saved N8.4Million. Is that reflected in your statement of account?

If you add 2 wives as your dependant, surely your disposable income will reduce.

You need to think through this thoroughly - otherwise, refusal is loading....

I got that price at booking.com, there charges is very low, besides the hotel is £20 per night,am spending just 3days,it a trip for business partnership.


About adding two wifes, to be sincere I currently spend 300k for monthly expenses on my two wife's,or I should just use one wife and state in my introduction letter that I have two wife's that if my visa is granted I can not run away because I have a lot of responsibility on my neck.
