What the landlord did was purely a crime. Go and report to the police, take a police approved photographer take photos of your property and any damage done by the landlord. Write a list of all your damaged and missing items (I hope you have receipts for most of them). Then get a lawyer and sue the landlord for theft and illegal eviction. Also get the lawyer to obtain a protective order to stop the landlord from harassing you for the duration of your tenancy as you are still a legal tenant. Don't forget to add emotional damage to your suit.

This guy is a joker

Let's not be quick to play the victim card now you've owed your landlord for that long. Do you always call to remind him to be patient with you or you just absconded leaving your properties in his house. In as much as the landlord didn't do well let's try as much as possible to do what's morally right

Well like someone already advised take your baby from her and rest. But if you're financially capable there's no harm in setting her up in any little way possible so as to cater for her needs and that of your child without her bothering you every now and then. You really don't need to bring the past into the future as i always encourage forgiveness that's if it's from a repentant heart and you'll see God's continued blessings
