Politics › Re: Deploy The Force Used Against Oil Bunkery On Illegal Miners - Oshiomole To FG by onuman: 1:25pm On Sep 17
floss:
Mining is not for Nigerians and government... Niger Delta oil belongs to Nigerians but gold in the north belongs to some persons from the north and tulumbu can't do anything about it except he doesn't want to remain in power before December...

Tulumbu knows this, so he doesn't care or interfere....
It's the skewed and lopsided political structure of Nigeria created by northern military dictators that would make or mar any president or aspiring presidential candidate from the south of Nigeria.

A shortwhile ago, a former deputy governor of a SW state said if Tinubu fails to restructure Nigeria politically before 2027, Tinubu may be victim of the lopsided political structure of Nigeria.

You don't need to wait for a break up.
You can start relocating and leave the agberos alone.

No body is telling you not to break up.
Meet with your law makers and tell them to initiate the break up in the red and green chambers.

Break up is not executed by online ranting.
Na only you get sense: meet your lawmakers to introduce break up in the National Assembly?
The same National Assembly overpopulated by people like you through state creation and political constituencies proliferation in some areas of Nigeria.
FYI, these days, no group needs any approval from any government to conduct an exit referendum.

This is very true 👍
Very obvious
They will rather see the Lebanese and the Indians and the Chinese grow than the igbos.
Lebanese man, Boulous, is handling the major contracts of Tinubu's administration. He repatriates profits to Lebanon and to other foreign countries. Nigeria bleeds.
Celebrities › Re: FG Brought Chinese Traders To Destroy Igbo Businesses - Actor, Okechukwu Joseph by onuman: 12:10pm On Sep 17
And the Chinese traders repatriate their profits to China.
Economy of Nigeria getting wrecked in the process. Unemployment multiplies.
Tufiakwa, from demolishing the houses of Igbos in Lagos to now using Chinese to tackle Igbos, Tinubu is proving that he doesn't believe in one Nigeria.
The fear of Igbo is the beginning of wisdom for Tinubu.

This Obi na real dugbe.

grin
Tell the electorate what Tinubu wants to do if he wins 2nd term. Tinubu camp's smear campaigns against Obi is no political campaign.
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Releases Handover Document To Counter Anambra Govt’s Debt Claims by onuman: 10:45am On Sep 17
Peter Obi needs to ignore Gov Charles Soludo who is aspiring to be the first Igbo president of Nigeria, the motive behind Soludo's smear campaign against Obi.
Politics › Re: Certificate Forgery: Court Grants Atiku’s Motion To Serve Tinubu Documents by onuman: 10:42am On Sep 17
A forged NYSC Certificate. Everything about a man who sits as Nigeria's president smells of forgery. This is quite disheartening.

These guys talk trash at times and reason like an illiterate. How can a whole minister talk like a primary school pupil?
Even an illiterate person would hesitate to say what this minister said. Midgets of APC controlling the lives of 230 million people in Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Nigerians Begging Me To Slow Down As Freezers Are Freezing: Power Minister Tegbe by onuman: 10:29am On Sep 17
Consumers asking power minister to slow down with supply of electricity!! Ridiculous. No amount of deception one would not get from Tinubu camp.

Lol. Instead of telling Nigeria's electorate what goodies PBAT shall bring to Nigeria if reelected, Bayo Onanuga sponsors useless attacks on Peter Obi.
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Reacts To Dangote Refinery IPO by onuman: 9:36am On Sep 17
While PBAT believes in borrowing and borrowing from whoever.
Even the unborn generations of Nigeria are now heavily in debt. No thanks to the APC/Tinubu.
Politics › Re: 'Educated Illiterate’ – Soludo Under Fire Over Records Of Peter Obi’s Debts by onuman: 8:44am On Sep 17
Educated illiterate professor.
A thoroughly educated professor would not aspire to become the first Igbo president of Nigeria through false narratives, as Gov Soludo has been doing.

MemoriesAndMe:
How come its when its election period all these allegations come up? Why didnt nobody say nothing sbout eachother 2 or 3 years ago?

Election time is when they suddenly remember what one politician did or didnt do,and the citizens suddenly starts to discuss a new topic that makes them make irrational decisions on whom to vote for.
APC/PBAT is so afraid of Peter Obi's rising electoral profile, such that the only political campaign for APC/Tinubu is "smear Peter Obi's name, assassinate Obi's character, bring Obi down, use gov Soludo to manufacture lies to demarket Obi."
Politics › Re: Peter Obi's Debt: Former Spokesman Of Anambra Water States Experience by onuman: 8:32am On Sep 17
Hundreds of people died? You foolishly made your smear campaign obvious.
Peter Obi is the centre of APC/Tinubu presidential campaign, not what the APC/Tinubu achieved in the last three years, not what APC/Tinubu intends to do to remove the sufferings of Nigeria's poor.

Peter Obi should confess and come clean about the massive debts he left for ndi Anambra. Even Bible said that "he that covereth his sins shall not prosper". He should search his conscience and confess, if not, he will continue losing elections every four years till he gives up.

Give Nigeria a free and fair election and I get you that Peter Obi will defeat tinubu before 12pm
But where were Obi and Atiku when a president appointed the referee for the match the president is captain of a team in the contest?

They should have insisted that the section of the constitution be amended to enable independent professionals to appoint INEC Chairman.
It's only blatant optimism to expect the INEC Chairman appointed by Tinubu, to announce any other person except Bola Ahmed Tinubu, winner of next 2027 presidential election.

The question every sane Naigeerian should be asking why? why? All the attacks at Obi? Why all the lies against Obi? Why all the hate against Obi?

What are the people against Obi afraid of?
They tell themselves that they are bringing Obi down in favour of their Tinubu. They are mostly from the SW region.
Even if most of the poor in Nigeria are dying of hunger and lack of medicare due to Tinubu’s economic policies, those ethnic bigots will still be supporting Tinubu to lead them beyond 2027.

Ezeama400:
Average Nigerian needs mental evaluation

Do you know how dysfunctional Nigeria is ?

We have man like Peter Obi with spotless record , yet some people are fighting for a man who has made their lives miserable for him to continue leading them. We gat to study Nigerians brain . Adjusting to avoidable difficulties is a mental illness.

No wonder Former Rivers State Governor Amechi said that “Avreage Nigerian is dumb, even if you kill them, they must still turn around and worship you “
It's not dysfunctional brain per se, but ethnic and religious bigotry that invaded the brain of many people in some parts of Nigeria.
Greatest challenge is that they draw other people in Nigeria backward through their ethnic and religious bigotry.

The thing I like about this Oba of Benin is that once he issues a directive to his subjects, the indigenes of Bini kingdom, to vote for President Tinubu, they will comply to the last letter. And it is looking likely with his blessing of Jagaban's campaign grin

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR till 2031.
In your own words: the Bini people are zombies driven around by the Oba.
Politics › Re: Tinubu: 'Why Change The Leader When He Is Doing Well' - Oba Of Benin by onuman: 10:27am On Sep 16
But traditional rulers are barred from participating in politics. So why this talk? Tinubu should as well appoint the Oba of Benin as APC campaign director.

Otherwise, Nigeria has no external enemy, does not require fighters and bomber aircraft.

They are known as Lagos-Ibadan press.

All they want is hear any inconsistency of Peter Obi and they will go to the press with it to malign him.

Their drugie and certificate forger of unknown provenance who they support, is the one who deserves thorough grilling by the journalists, but Yellow envelope journalism or ethnic bigotry would not permit these journalists go for Tinubu.

Underestimate Kwankwaso inclusion into NDC at your own Peril. NDC penetration in the core North via Kwankwaso Popularity is a game changer come 2027.

Sofar, H.E Peter Obi has demonstrated to be the most strategic politician amongst the top 3 contenders, with block votes from 2 regions in the bag, SE, SS. viable middle belt split (NC), with significant in-road into the core north (NE, NW). Lagos (in the bag as usual), Abuja is home.

Balabluuu has proven to be a failure to leadership and has become highly unpopular and unsellable to the Nigerian electorate.
Fear would not have allowed APC/Tinubu to rig last presidential election if Kwankwaso was in the same ticket with Obi. INEC Chairman Mamood and the APC hierarchy would have been roasted before Mahmood announced his falsehood result in the middle of the night.

This one has become one of the victims of "arrangee" system through which Nigeria selects people into political offices.
It's like "arrangee" system that has always been used to select political office holders in the southeast zone, has now extended beyond the southeast.
A sitting gov Hope Uzodinma of Imo state whose tenure will end by January 2028 is now selected by APC to move to the Senate in May 2027. Nobody, except APC officials know how they can manoeuvre that.

What is shameful is shameful. Someone that graduated with 3rd class is boasting of releasing his school records. What is he proud to show the world? That he graduated with 3rd class in philosophy in Nsukka?

Meanwhile you guys keep trolling president Bola tinubu whose academic prowess is proven beyond Nigeria's borders. Do you think gaining an admission in the United States in the 70's was easy?

Obi cannot lace Tinubu's shoes and that's a fact.
Obi graduated with Honors degree.

Of course 2nd Class honours.

And he requests:

" I respectfully request that the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, within the limits permitted by law, make available, upon legitimate request, my academic certificates, records, and other official documents relating to my admission and studies at the University"

Tinubu is wasting Nigeria's funds in the USA on lawyers and lobbyists as he sues for his records everywhere to be hidden from the public.
Politics › Re: I’ll Introduce ₦500k Minimum Wage, Ensure 24-hour Electricity If Elected -Sowore by onuman: 12:28pm On Sep 15
nairalanda1:
Sowore's equivalents in the UK or the USA are people in parties like the Green parites of the USA, or similar small left leaning parties. These type of candidates never win.

The elite in the UK and US are similar to the elite in Nigeria. The only reason why those countries work is because they are reliant on tax revenue and industrial production to work, so everything has to work, including light, water and housing, or the profits of the elite would fall.

Nigeria is the classinc oil dependent country. It is not dependent on industries, it is dependent on oil. And oil money will always flow whether people live in finery or rags. Hence no concern.

Also, most people in the UK and US pay tax, and are incentivised to hold their elite to ransom. Nigeria where most people are okay with the current situation and where most don't pay tax but wait for oil money to fall from heaven? LOL.

Well, most of the youngies are sitting down and being lazy. Also, most youngies don't join a party and work their way up the ranks.

We have some youngies in politics and even in office. They are the guys who were carrying the oldies bags and cleaning their houses and running erands for them while their mates were sitting down in viewing centers and watching Man U play Chelsea for the 100th time.

NO one dashes you power. Macron is president of France because he joined a party as a young university student and was running around for the elders whilehis age mates were busy chasing babes, and drinking a lot of booze...then most of them graduated, got married, and got busy building a family with the babe they managed to catch..lol. A man building a family and a financial nest has no time to do politics...unless the wife is understanding, same thing if the genders are reversed. ANd 90% of the time they ain't.

A nairalander announced he was running for councilor on this site some years ago. Most people mocked him. Tomorrow when you see the guy as a minister you go shout corruption and cheating. When he started small, and worked his way up.

Even tinubu, once upon a time, was carrying the bags of the big men. Ditto GEJ, Yaradua, etc.
My dear, how can the younger generation of Nigerians work up to the heights of the big political parties from where they can be nominated presidential candidate?

The oldies will never allow them reach the high position to be elected presidential candidate.

Through ordinary spechees made by Barack Obama in some places, he came from nowhere and clinched the topmost position in the Democratic Party where Bill Clinton and wife held the strings.
In Nigeria, such speeches of Obama cannot catapult a young person to the heights of any bigger political party.

What happened to Peter Obi last presidential election will happen to any younger Nigerian who is not from the big political parties.
