llakes4real:It would have been worse if he took his fellow foolish congregation with him and they all died. |
Fineman2:Praying for Nigeria? Did he see Yahaya Bello and gov Ododo praying for Nigeria? Fooolish prayers. |
press9jatv:Illiterate soldiers in Nigeria don't know that camouflage clothes are also worn by civilians, mainly hunters abroad. |
papyjaypaul:THE TRUTH THE SANUSIS DON'T TELL. ------------------------------------------- Boko Haram says it is fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal laws; the same unconstitutional Sharia criminal laws adopted by the political and religious leaders in the 12 far north states of Nigeria between 1999-2001. The then President Obasanjo looked the other way and called it political sharia. The difference between Boko Haram and those who adopted sharia crimimal laws is like the difference between six and half a dozen. Sanusi and many other northern leaders don't tell the truth about Boko Haram. Please unearth the video interview between the then gov of Zamfara state, Sani Yerima, and a BBC female reporter who asked Yerima if he didn't understand that the sharia criminal laws introduced by Yerima could lead to breakup of Nigeria. |
Slimm01:Sanusi who allied with CNN's Christiane Amanpour of Iran on a live broadcast to campaign against President Jonathan about two days to the 2015 presidential election between Jonathan and Buhari. |
BeeBeeOoh:Sanusi told the world that nobody should trust Jonathan presidency right from the early months of Jonathan presidency after the death of Yar'adua who appointed Sanusi as Gov of the Central Bank of Nigeria. From Day 1, Sanusi never took Jonathan as his boss, as Sanusi was preoccupied with campaign for return of presidency to the north. Sanusi's allegation of missing oil money was part of his campaign for power return to the north. Sanusi put everything to make Buhari succeed Jonathan after Jonathan's first term as president of Nigeria. |
Naijanascam:True, President Tinubu dealt a deadliest blow on every person in Nigeria |
Tabithatim:It should not be all about establishing new cities and flyovers. Are the most basic social amenities, principally, treated pipe borne water, electricity, good urban and rural roads, telecom services, security, available to all the local government areas of Enugu State? One regrettable characteristics of southeast governors is in attempt to build eldorado capital city, but abandon other local government areas in their state to be static, deprived of basic social amenities. |
Racoon:But take Bwala aside, who in his right mind would believe a president who threw citizens of his country to the level of poverty Tinubu threw Nigeria's citizens? |
More than two years before Sanusi made the allegations, he had publicly declared: "nobody must believe Jonathan's government." About two days before the presidential election between Jonathan and Buhari, Sanusi teamed up with CNN's Christian Amanpour of Iranian roots in a live CNN campaign for Buhari. In the CNN broadcast, Sanusi painted Jonathan government with the darkest of black ⚫️ colour. Sanusi like the northern people leaders of nPDP were gunning for power return to the north then. The rest is history. |
Wisdomkosi:It's not the southeast governors that are holding Mazi Nnamdi Kalu. President Bola Tinubu is using continued incarceration of Kalu to attract Igbos to another fight against the federal government of Nigeria. He dreams of that so that maximum destruction can be done in the southeast by allied forces of Nigerian government. |
SarakiBukola:Entertain yourself and other minions like you on Nl. But methinks, a serene woman would rather do ashawo than remain enslaved with two or more women married to one man and kept in baa shiga - harem. |
EreluRoz:. .. take joy .. Some of those telling you to keep quiet could not understand the import of the "ever take joy" you used. You are correct in your statement that no woman "ever takes joy in sleeping with men for money" - or other favours. |
owukpa:Nigeria's Content creators ahoy. |
Debater:Let's hope that Fulani Jihadists in many forms do not harm him or member of his family. Let's hope that Simon Ekpa's anti Biafra squads marauding in the southeast do not harm him or member of his family. |
They will tell the public that Tinubu's monetarily policies are improving the lives of Nigerians. Most untruthful set of people. |
"Invitation to anarchy? The EFCC does not even understand the meaning of this phrase it used here. How could a possible clash between EFCC and Gov Ododo's security personnel amount to Invitation to anarchy? The EFCC and Yahaya Bello are on a circus show. |
BeeBeeOoh:Nigeria's armed forces are more powerful than Gov Usman Ododo's security personnel. The EFCC should have informed the IGP if the EFCC truly wanted Yahaya Bello arrested from gov Usman Ododo. Was a Boko Haram bomber not arrested from a governor's Lodge in Borno state? Yahaya Bello can also be arrested in company of a governor with immunity. THE EFCC OF TODAY IS A "VUNDERVILLE" OF ENTERTAINMENT. |
kelvindj98:What concerns Edo's election with Tinubu, you asked? Since you don't understand that this question makes you look stupeed, good luck to you. |
DropsMic:Many countries live on Tourism income. Tourism money has eluded Nigeria because of the insurgency of Islamic militants in Nigeria fighting for Nigeria to be governed with Sharia criminal justice system, the same unconstitutional sharia criminal justice system adopted by the political and religious leaders in the sharia states of northern Nigeria since 1999. |
nlfpmod:Two to three million Naira bail on each of the 123 captured people. Policemen on their own yahoo yahoo. |
Shawarmagirl:As you left Nigeria and vow never to return again, Fulani from the Sahel region of West Africa troop into your hometown in the south to occupy the position you left. Nigeria's leadership refuse to make Nigeria comfortable to attract the Jappad to return home to Nigeria. It's a new version of Buhari's RUGA. There are now nearly equal number of southerners in the southern regions of Nigeria to the number of immigrants from the Sahel region in the southern regions of Nigeria. |
RealityKings:Lol. Oyibos even deal on drugs in ship loads. Move out of Nigeria for once with Nigeria passport to experience the humiliation. Our people daily hide on jet engines and boats across the Mediterranean Sea to escape Nigeria. Oyibo see this daily. For your lot, all is well with Nigeria so long as crude oil and gas revenues from the Niger delta region trickle in. Kwontinue. |
naptu2:PURSUE JUSTICE FIRST, PEACE THEREAFTER COMES NATURALLY. Once again, Abdusalam Abubakar wants to play on the intelligence of people with his peace committee, after he imposed a constitution supervised by his northern military colleagues to legit the fraudulent 20 federating units (20 states) in the old Northern region, but allowed only 17 federating for the two southern regions. The political structure was also created by his northern military dictator colleagues. This skewed and lopsided political structure enables the northern region to largely determine who rules Nigeria and produces inept rulers at every election. A presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of the 36 states. The northern region took the lead from that. Restructure Nigeria politically first. Peace shall come in thereafter. |
Wow. But the Nurudeens of Yoruba land look forward to the Sokoto Caliphate for directions; so how do you get Oduduwa Republic? RIP to the 29,000 killed by herdsmen from the Sokoto Caliphate. You have paid the price for Oyibo man amalgamating diverse nations into one country for economic interest of Oyibo |
aswani:Esan people are cool-headed. Hopefully, Edo State breads better air from the gov-elect. But fear is any gov with APC hardly does well. |
Problem created by Abdusalami Abubakar through his imposition of a constitution supervised only by northern military dictators; after the same dictators created 20 new federal units in one region - north; but allowed only 17 regions in the two southern regions. The political structure ensures that the northern region largely determines who will win every presidential election in Nigeria, with a provision in the constitution for every presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of the 36 states. The north largely determins who must be president. What a fraudulent political structure imposed upon Nigeria in 1999. |
CoronaVirusPro:If possible, you people may want to eat the flesh of Nnamdi Kalu all because he asks for restoration of Biafra which may deprive you people of cheap cash from crude oil in the Niger delta region. If not, what else generated all the wickedness you people display against Kalu? You sell your gold in the north and keep the proceeds. |
You should write Employment rates, not Unemployment rates. |
aswani:Ahhh. So it’s turn by turn? Why then did Tinubu say it’s his turrn when he knew pretty well that it was the turn of the southeast to present a president for Nigeria; afterall, Obasanjo had used the turrn of the southwest? You see why Tinubu is at the grab and run with whatever pleases him. See why Apata would not win when Tinubu is at the head with Mahmood Yakubu. |
OkCornel:Nearly half of the countries of the world today were colonies of Grat Britain, France and Spain. Asian and Latin America countries no longer point fingers like you do to the imperial powers. Why Africa? The Walter Rodneys of the world have shaped your mind to look to imperial powers for solutions to your African problems, including of all things, political problems. If 50% of Nigeria's population point to the imperial powers like you do on Africa's problems, Nigeria will forever remain a dommed country. Thanks for your first paragraph gratuitous insult. |
OkCornel:You blame the imperialists. You will soon blame slave trade also for Nigeria's failings. FYI, the imperial powers that amalgamated their Northern and Southern colonies in 1914 first studied the diversity of the groups in the two colonies, and granted them Nigeria's independence based on self governance and control of natural resources for the 1960 three regions of Nigeria. Thereafter, the progressive political restructuring of Nigeria by northern military dictators leading to the present lopsided and fraudulent political structure of Nigeria, with quasi unitary government system, is an exact opposite of what the imperial powers left for Nigeria on independence day. The present political structure guarantees the emergence of inept leaders at the apex political leadership of Nigeria at every election. Inept leaders emege from the constitutional provision that a presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of the 36 states; because the provision guarantees that the one region with 20 states MUST largely determine who wins presidential election in Nigeria. The quasi unitary governance system guarantees excessive political and monetary corruption in Nigeria. No Nigerian was born corrupt. It's Abuja big central government which breeds excessive official corruption. Please stop blaming the imperial powers. The profit from Nigeria today for the imperial powers is mainly from taxes paid by the IOCs to their home countries. Imperial powers cannot feed you or force Nigeria's political class to dump a bad political structure, bad governance system and bad constitution crested by military dictators from one section of Nigeria. |
